The place was very loud, because of the noice from the street. One day AC stopped working and no one came to fix it eventhough we called two times. So we ended up sleeping with no AC that night and it was really hot outside. The pictures of the hostel did not really reflect the reality of the apartment. All in all the place is suitable for youg people, but not for those who came to relax.

Main reception is a few streets away. Staff here were not welcoming or helpful. Didnt give any info on the breakfast arrangements and wifi. Gave us the incorrect apartment no. and incorrect room so we had to make numerous (costly) calls. Didnt get clean towels in the 3 days we were there. Pillow very hard and room very small. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Overpriced.

Kale kapısı gibi bir kapısı var. Zilin birinde ufacık yazı ile aanb yazıyor. Zile bosuna basmayın çünkü kimse açmıyor. Şansınız yardım ederse otel görünümlü evden çıkan biri olursa içeri girebilir ve resepsiyon olmadıgını ogrenebilirsiniz (eger iyi bir ispanyolcaniz var ise) yoksa kendinizi kapida bulmus kabul edin. Gece 23 den sonra ise o resepsiyon denen yerde kapaniyor. Yani sokaktasiniz. Otelin resimler ile bir alakası yok. Bir apartman dairesini otele cevirmisler. Otele giren cıkan saati belirsiz. Aile ile gitmemekte fayda var. hicbirseyi sevmedim. Paranızı ve vaktinizi çöpe atmayın derim.

Personal war unhöflich. Wir haben Gans ärgeres Zimmer bekommen ( andere Straße und andere Name!!!))) Zimmer war ohne Fenster!!!! Nur einen Schlüssel war!!!! Internet war nur für ein Gerät!!!! Keine Möglichkeit war Frühstück nachbestellen !!!! Das war fruchtbaren Unterkunft!!! Nie wider!!!

Chambre sans fenêtre ! Pas d'armoire, pas de tiroir

We booked last minute and didn't notice the details about having to collect (and drop off) keys from a different location which is very inconvenient. The hot water didn't work the first night but the next day I overheard someone saying that you might you need to check the water heater in the kitchen if this happens.... Our double room had a tiny window overlooking an intersection which was okay but it was difficult to sleep with cars accelerating at the lights intermittently throughout the night.

The only downside were the bathrooms, the shower cubicles were very small.

For 140 per night we thought this B&B was very disappointing. There was no welcoming when arriving at the location, we had two separate beds instead of a king size bed, we had to make our own breakfast in the morning (except for the first day) but sometimes the baquettes were already finished because other guests came first. The room was right next to busy road so very noisy and the bathrooms were not very clean and very small showers. No cleaning of room or changing towels during our stay of 4 nights. Be passionate about having a B&B or not run it at all. You can't let your guests make their own breakfast with very cheap, uninspiring products. Not for this price.

Les planchers très sales. Pas de serviettes propres à tous les jours. Check-in compliqué à cause de la localisation de la réception.

Kein fernseher im zimmer , leider auch sehr laut unbedingt mit ohrstöpsel anreisen ansonsten ist an schlaf nicht zu denken , Zimmer vibriert wenn die metro unterhalb fährt, daran kann man sich aber gewöhnen

No me gusto tener que buscar la llave en un lugar distinto al alojamiento, muy incomodo.

TRES et TROP cher pour cette prestation à 95€ chambre très exiguë pas d'isolation phonique sur rue très bruyante mauvaise isolation phonique intérieure portes qui claquent en permanence sanitaire minable , vieux ,très exigu, sale et collectif ( on imagine le reste..) petit déjeuner médiocre accueil désagréable

Via laetena small rooms and beds (they were renewing them during our stay). While Via Laetana place didn't pleased us, the staff (Gigi) is really great. Same for central reservation staff (specially Laura)who speaks french and english very well and who was very client oriented , helping in finding a conveniente solution. The stay as been delightful) then.
