joli cadre, reposant; pour une nuit de passage

chambre petite ainsi que la salle de bain,pas de climatisation ( mais un ventilateur ) pas de petit réfrigérateur;la villa n'est pas trés éloignée à pied du petit centre mais route dangereuse(pas de trottoir)

Tranquille , entre lac et montagne

Situation au calme entre lac et montagne. Pas un bruit la nuit. Hotel assez sympathique ,très propre, terrasse couverte agréable pour petits déjeuners ou boire un verre après longue remontée à pied depuis l embarcadère de Tremezzo ou Lenno La piscine semble très agréable mais la météo était limite pour en profiter.

L'insonorisation entre les chambres et chambres /couloir . Pas l'idéal si l'objectif est d'y laisser sa voiture et prendre le bateau car un peu loin à pied de l'embarcadère (40 minutes par la greenway)

Мы были очарованы эти отелем: тихо, уютно, душевно. Очень милые номера, чистые, с хорошей мебелью и удобными кроватями. У нашего номера был балкон с которого открывался фантастический вид на озеро Комо. В отеле есть лифт, но он работает до 11 вечера. Ночью в отеле не работает рецепция, никого нет, поэтому если вы приезжаете поздно - надо договариваться заранее. Нам очень понравилась терраса для завтраков и кофе. У отеля есть бассейн и корт. А главное прямо от отеля начинается (или продолжается) "зеленая дорога", которая проходит вдоль Озера Комо. С дороги открываются красивые виды, она проходит по гористой местности. Вообще отель расположен не у озера, а выше, что, на мой взгляд, является плюсом, поскольку тут тихо и очень красивый вид, но эту особенность стоит иметь ввиду. Нам очень понравилось и хочется вернуться.

endroit charmant, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. On y parle français. très belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes.

Un peu loin de tout. On dit que ç'est à 5 minutes du lac mais on ne dit pas qu'il n' y a rien en bas a cet endroit et qu'il faut au moins 30 minutes de marche pour se rendre dans la partie resto et embarcadaire. Finalement, il faut prendre la voiture pour presque tous les déplacements et le parking est rare.

Outstanding, tranquil, idyllic hotel located above Tremezzo. Family run and very well kept and clean. Exceptional views over Lake Como from the front hotel rooms. Lovely swimming pool and a tennis court.

Food is limited to breakfast and snacks. No dinners are served.

A very enjoyable 4 night stay

The beautiful views and location away from the roads nearby Breakfast was excellent not simple as a reviewer put .

We liked it all -- maybe we would have liked tea making facilities in the room. We were ok but it was a walk down to the main road and back so the uphill back would not be good for people with walking difficulties

The staff were great. I sent them an email before arriving asking for an early check which they had arranged. And they helped with a speedy checkin as they knew we had a wedding to get too!

The room was very hot! The fan provided didn't really do much. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to be moved from our room and we went from a big room with a balcony to a small room and no balcony which was disappointing.

We enjoyed the tranquility of this hotel. Our room was spacious with a lovely view to the mountains . The hotel is super clean and well run by its family owners. We also enjoyed the garden area and pool very much.

Fly screen on the windows would have been good. There are lots of mosquitoes and I was bitten quite a few times. It was hot and I couldn't leave the window or door to our balcony at night because of mosquitoes . Unfortunately this is a common problem in Europe , very few places have mosquitoes or fly screens.
