Die Lage und die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können.

Prima locatie, service kan echt beter.

Het zwembad was echt een 9,5. Schoon en van een prima formaat. Ligbedden en parasols in nette staat. De locatie is een plus, mooi en rustig. Goede badkamer met fijn bad en goed werkende douche. Het huisje zelf is basic, maar voorzien van bijna alle gemakken. Kinderbedje stond klaar.
Service vanuit contactpersoon: een vraag mbt een kinderstoel is onbeantwoord gebleven. En wat meer uitleg over de beschikbare faciliteiten (ruimte met wasmachine; afvalbakken voor gescheiden inzameling) is gewenst. Aangezien een bezem en/of een stoffer en blik ontbreken, ben je aangewezen op de schoonmaak door het agroturismo en die is minimaal. Matrassen zijn wat aan de harde kant. Kussens erg slap. Maar dat kan een persoonlijke voorkeur zijn. Keukengerei is minimaal, niet alles wat je thuis hebt hoeft er te liggen, maar een paar extra theedoeken en een spatel waren gewenst. Alles gecombineerd maakt dat de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding wat "steep".

Schönes Agrargut in ruhiger Lage, ausserhalb des Rummels. Super Poolanlage, sauber mit komfortablen Liegen. Grosses Appartment.
Leicht unagenehmer Geruch im Appartment, das auch relativ dunkel ist. Kein Problem im Sommer, wenn man viel draussen ist, jedoch nichts um lange Stunden drinnen zu verbringen.

Veel privacy bij het appartement, geweldig zwembad met uitzicht op de bergen, schoon en mooi ingericht! En met de auto binnen 20 minuten in allerlei leuke dorpjes en de hoofdstad Palma.
Matras was enigszins aan de harde kant.

Very poor kitchen equipment. There were neither diswasher nor washine machine. Due to that it was hard to stay in apartment for a long time.

The couple who look after the place are lovely. It is very well looked-after in all ways and so were we.
Given the focus on self-catering (there is nowhere nearby to eat or drink [unless you want to drive], including in the place itself), the 'kitchen' was surprisingly short of some of the basic cooking utensils. For example, no mixing bowls, peeler, spatula, serving bowls - in short, the very basics only. It may be that I didn't look closely enough at the website but I imagined that there would be a bar and restaurant on site.

- la situation géographique sur l'île (bon emplacement pour rayonner) - le cadre en pleine nature, au milieu des oliviers - les petits appartements de bon confort et plein de charme (bonne intimité, terrasse très agréable) - l'espace piscine très agréable - le personnel attentionné, efficace et très discret
- la cuisine sommairement équipée (couverts, assiettes...) il manque un four électrique - le prix à la semaine assez élevé - le confort très sommaire du sofa - le bruit du tunnel de Soller tout proche

Huis nr 10, uitzichten, rust en landelijk. Kwaliteit van het huis en de makkelijke verbinding met andere gebieden en steden (Palma, Soller en omgeving) is prima.
Er zijn geen mogelijkheden om te ontbijten of te lunchen. Naar de supermarkt in Bunyola is relatief kort met de auto. De verzorging (schone handdoeken, toiletpapier et cetera) is matig.

Le cadre, montagne/campagne, la piscine. L'emplacement qui permet de visiter à la fois la Serra Tramuntana et Palma. Le grand logement joliment décoré. Le calme, on entend pas grand chose à part les cloches des moutons et des ânes.
Piscine un poil fraîche et équipement cuisine un peu juste.
