About Amsterdam Apartments Alexander's

Alexander's offers accommodation in a typical Dutch building in a quiet street. The studios and apartments include free Wi-Fi, a guitar, and a kitchenette. Museumplein and the Albert Cuijp market are within a 10-minute walk. All of the rooms, studios and apartments at Amsterdam Apartments Alexander's come equipped with a TV and a CD player. They also have either private or shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Leidseplein is just over a 15-minute walk away, and Amsterdam Central Station is 10 minutes away by tram. RAI Convention Centre is about 25 minutes' by tram. Public parking is available nearby at an extra charge.

Please note that a damage deposit of 25 EUR per person is charged in cash upon arrival and refunded in cash or by bank transfer the day of departure, provided that no damages are made, no nuisance has been caused, no smoking has occurred and the accommodation including the kitchen has been left organized and clean. Please note that guests are requested to not cause any nuisance in the residential area between 22:00 and 09:00. Guests are kindly requested to note that cleaning service is available at additional costs. During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time using the Special Requests box. Please note that arrival after 18:00 is possible on request only. Arrival after midnight has to be requested and confirmed in advance and is possible for an extra charge of EUR 25. We hadden een heerlijke tijd en wil het recommonderen aan andere.

De lokatie was uitstekend! Bedden waren excellent . De keuken was wel equiped.

Er was geen TV in de woonkamer waar je wat kon zitten. een tweede TV . De appartment kon nog wel wat meer decoratie hebben . en gordijnen voor de buiten ramen.

Good place to stay

The staff was very helpful with a great map and suggestions of where to go. they held my luggage till later during the day after checkout. the staircases in Amsterdam are notorious but i was treated to their great service..maybe cuz i am a tad older than they...but it was much appreciated. Walking distance from many great places and good transportation nearby

La proximité avec les musées et la ville historique. La couleur locale de l'habitation (type de construction). Le fait d'être envisagé comme jeune et en pleine forme...

L'annonce de l'habitation est trop incomplète: 1. l'escalier d'accès est très étroit et pentu. 2. la partie commune aux chambres (cuisine, SdB, WC) est considérée comme publique: la porte d'entrée a été ouverte plusieurs fois et surtout non refermée (qui utilise les clefs?)

Brilliant and really helpful staff, superb location in a very bohemian district of Amsterdam. The flat itself had all the necessary facilities.

The flat we had, had access to a small patio area. You effectively cant use it due to the neighbors complaining. The flat felt like and I think was actually an old shop.

あっという間の３泊でした。

美術館に近く、駅までもブラブラお店を見ながら歩ける距離。部屋の広さも十分で、窓が大きく、ベッドも広くて快適でした。階段が急だが、これがアムステルダムの建物の醍醐味かも！？

残念だったのは、少し埃っぽかったこと。ベッドや棚に積んであった雑誌、カップボードの中の食器など。すぐ- 前が工事中なので、朝８時ころからうるさい。清掃はしないので、タオルなど足りないと言わなくてはならない- が、ごみ箱の中だけきれいになってるのも、少し不快感がありました。

Bella struttura

L'appartamento è molto bello, noi eravamo in sei ed era sufficientemente spazioso. All'interno ci son tutte le cose per cucinare e per lavare le stoviglie. Per raggiungere il centro è consigliato il noleggio di una bici (si trovano a 10 euro al giorno)

Le scale son estremamente strette e ripide, per noi che eravamo un gruppo di amici non è stato un problema, ma per chi ha problemi motori gli appartamenti sono irraggiungibili (comunque quasi tutte le case ad amsterdam hanno le scale molto strette e ripide)
