About Apartamentos Habitat Zona Media

Set in different buildings halfway up the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, apartments at Apartamentos Habitat Zona Media are approximately 200 metres from Parador Ski Lift. Ski equipment and ski passes are available. You can choose between one or two bedroom studios or apartments. This is the ski station that enjoys the most sun in the Sierra Nevada and is the perfect place to learn to ski, the establishment can help you reserve classes. The Costa del Sol is only two hours away and boasts an extremely energetic nightlife. These apartments are within a short distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This is a seasonal establishment: Open November to April.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 per apartment is retained by the property (via credit card) for the length of the stay. This will be refunded 4 days after the end of stay, according to the condition of the apartment. Any damage or imperfection found in the apartment from before the start of stay must be notified during the first 24 hours of the stay. Check-out: Keys must be left in the reception before 11:00 on the day of check out. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Hotel Montesol Arttyco. Edificio Acongra. Urb. Pradollano, 18196 Sierra Nevada.

El mobiliario muy incomodo, los colchones viejos y desgastados, en el baño falta algún tipo de estantería o mueble donde poder dejar el neceser de 4 personas y el agua caliente escasa para el cuarto en ducharse.

La ubicación del apartamento,cuidado que los de habitat te sitúan donde quieren, cuando normalmente te ubican en el edificio artyco o Arttyfal. Nada cerca de la parada del telesilla,fatal ubicación,a excepción que tiene salida a pista, pero es roja.

Todo el apartamento estaba perfecto.
La mesa del salon estaba un poco inestable. Y que la fianza (si la entregas en metalico) no te la puedan devolver hasta por la tarde del día que sales (cuando la habitación hay que abandonarla a las 11am).

El sistema de calefaccion casi nula para estar bajo cero.las ventanas muy mal selladas,entraba muchisimo aire y frio por ellas.

La ubicación, limpieza y buen menaje de cocina.
Se supone que no se puede fumar y al entrar apestaba a tabaco, la calefacción no se puede regular y hacia frío a ratos, un poco pequeño para 4, había 1 litera y 1 sofá cama doble en un espacio demasiado pequeño y no hay donde poner las maletas.

Situado al lado de la parada del telesilla de la urbanizacion. Tambien existe la posibilidad de andar 100metros y bajar por las pistas.
Una de las habitaciones era demasiado pequeña 1 litera y sin ventanas
