About Apartamentos Juan Bravo

The Juan Bravo Apartments are situated in the exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid and feature a communal swimming pool, open in summer. Diego de León Metro Station is located opposite the apartments. The complex conveniently includes a 24-hour reception. The apartments and studios are arranged around the pool, and there is also a small garden and patio. All accommodation comes with a lounge area and TV. Apartamentos Juan Bravo feature a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge. They also have a private bathroom. Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the surrounding streets. The M30 and M40 Motorways are just 2 minutes’ drive from the apartments, providing easy access to other cities. Barajas Airport is a 15-min drive away. Parking is available on site for an extra cost.

Please note that the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded, children are count as adults. Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day. Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00. Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00. The complex's swimming pool is open from 15 June until 15 September. Payment will be taken upon arrival. Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

La ubicación es excelente y los servicios muy buenos.
Estaban de obras en un edificio justo al lado y había ruido. Menos mal que es una situación pasajera.Por la noche, todo muy tranquilo.

Останавливался уже не первый раз и планирую останавливаться и в дальнейшем, ибо, как показала попытка выбрать место ближе к центру - от добра добра не ищут. Не очень просторные, но вполне комфортные апартаменты практически со всем необходимым. Район спокойный, метро и супермаркет рядом. Есть подземный паркинг, в принципе можно договориться ставить туда машину. Не очень дешево, но все равно дешевле, чем в публичных парковках

Excellent location- metro station right outside apartment block, that connects you to all the main spots in Madrid. Room was in great condition and the pool was lovely! Very quite and plenty of chairs around it to relax on.
The wifi connection was a little disappointing, every time we locked our phones it would automatically disconnect.

Manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres : le voisin parlait beaucoup et notre voisine appréciée beaucoup sa façon de faire .......... mais à 3 heures du matin, étant un couple "d'âge mûr", nous n'avons pu partagez les accompagner dans leurs ébats !!!!!!!

Все удобно, чисто. 100 метров до метро. Уезжали поздно - бесплатно хранили багаж. Рекомендую для проживания - можно самим готовить - очень экономит буджет.
Очень плохой интернет. И медленный, и авторизоваться надо было через 5-10 минут.

La ubicación es buena y está bien comunicada. Tiene entrada de metro en la puerta, parada de bus, supermercado, cafeterías y restaurantes. El personal es muy amable y atento.
El estudio estandar es pequeño y la distribución poco acertad.La cama es pequeña, incómoda y vieja. Todo el mobiliario y la decoración son viejos. El aire acondicionado tiene horario y se apaga a cierta hora. Tienes que utilizar un ventilador viejo y ruidoso. El baño olía mal y no tenía ventilación. No cambian toallas ni sábanas y no hay secador de pelo. La piscina no abre hasta las 11, pero cuando abre, la socorrista no te deja bañarte hasta las 11:30 por que tiene que limpiarla y ponerle cloro. En definitiva, por las mañanas si te tienes que ir a algún sitio no te da tiempo a disfrutar de la piscina.

Останавливались уже второй раз. Хорошее местоположение, совсем рядом со станциями метро (3 ветки), откуда можно быстро добраться до центра города. Супермаркет - прямо соседняя дверь. Обстановка уже не первой свежести, но все чисто и вполне подходит для проживания, если вам просто требуется место, где переночевать.
Не удалось запустить кондиционер, правда во второй половине сентября это не составляет проблемы, т.к. ночью не жарко. Могут быть проблемы с шумом от соседей, если окна выходят во двор. Нужно часто вводить пароль для WiFi.

Falta de limpieza de los cristales.El aire acondicionado no funciona y además las rejillas de salida de aire supersucias.las camas pequeñas de largo.E l colgador de la ropa de el balcón totalmente roto sin posibilidad de colgar absolutamente nada.
