La cocina estaba llena de hormigas, no había ni jabón de lavaplatos ni para la lavadora. El servicio limpieza, toallas, cada 3 días??? Las hamacas para tomar sol en la terraza de la habitación rotas y desgastadas al máximo (ver fotos). Eso si, las hamacas que eran de pago en la zona compartida, si estaban en perfectas condiciones. Las camas también acusan mucho uso. El wifi supuestamente incluido sólo funciona en el lobby del hotel, el cual esta a 10 casas de distancia. En estos tiempos donde los telecos dan precios super reducidos por el internet por que cuesta tanto colocar un ADSL compartido para todas las casas? Por favor señores por la 4ta parte del valor de una noche se paga UN MES completo de internet para todos los apartamentos. Nada de esto se dice en la descripción de Booking y estamos hablando de un apartamento de 217€ la noche. Muy decepcionante el servicio ofrecido.

Wij waren een midweek en de schoonmaak kwam pas na 3 dagen, terwijl wij de andere ochtend al vertrokken. Pas na 3 dagen schone handdoeken is een beetje te laat.

Pool was small and was crowded for most of our stay. It might be an idea to ban inflatables.

Decor could do with updating however for the price no complaints x

AVOID: We stayed at the properties largest 2 bedroom apartment for a short stay with the purpose of attending a wedding. For starters the front door rails were rusty; the decor was like from an old 60s B movie. The grouting in the bathroom tiles was black, whilst the lights blinked like a disco, humming to the noisy fan ... it honestly felt like been in war zone when in the bathroom. The fridge and washing machine where rusty. The only AC in the whole apartment didn’t work and it was unbearably hot, the kids sofa bed had no linen at all, the beds where very uncomfortable and to top it off the cleaners decided to move all the furniture around in the room next door at 0730 waking us up after a late night out. Had we have had more time I would complained straight away and asked for another room or a refund but we had little time to get ready for the wedding so we had to endure it. The next morning we complained at reception on checking out and the hotel staff member shrugged his shoulders and didn’t offer an apology, a discount or anything much else.
