La cama muy cómoda, hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Los apartamento son reformados. Hacen una pequeña limpieza del apartamento casi todos los días.
Podría mejorar la limpieza, es buena pero podría mejorar, friegan el suelo y el baño, hacen las camas que es lo fundamental.

Straordinariamente comodo , gradevole , piacevole , accogliente ! Per me , è stata la scelta ideale , con una collocazione perfetta nel punto più facile per tutti gli spostamenti ,nel lungo e nel largo dell isola ! Una fermata degli BUS proprio sotto L'Hotel con collegamento con L'Aeroporto e poi tutte le altre direzioni desiderate . Poi , fantastico , lungo IL PASSEO lungo vari KM , mi sono divertita ad arrivare fino ALLE DUNE , ovviamente a piedi ,godendo del panorama ! Nel HOTEL VERIL PLAYA ho goduto di una bella stanza , centrale , con vista piscina ed il mare . Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il cibo , fatto con amore e vario . E' stata una stupenda vacanza e ringrazio di tutto il cuore lo staff dell 'Hotel . Nel edificio dell'hotel c'è un supermercato ed UN BEL RISTORANTE " IL DUOMO DI MILANO ". Ho viaggiato da sola , ma sola nell'animo , non mi sono mai sentita ! GRAN CANARIA E' FAVOLOSA !!!

A simpatia do pessoal do bar 5 estrelas em relação qualidade preço é bomo quarto é espaçoso para quem tem filhos pequenos que é o meu caso dápara fazer sopinha :)
Acho que necessita de manutenção nos quartos não que estejam danificadosmas nota-se que já tem alguns aninhos ;) . a comida não é má, mas tempouca variedade e quando acaba alguma coisa não voltam a repor mesmo queesteja no horário de refeição, e isso acho que está mal.Como fui com umabebé solicitei junto do cozinheiro se tinham comida para ela o qual merespondeu com má cara ( sim porque de simpático nada tinha) que a únicacoisa que tinha era a sopa do dia, a qual referi que a bebé nãomastigava ( sim porque os legumes estavam inteiros batatas, cenouras,feijão verde...) lá foi com um ar muito enjoado. Como o quarto dispõe deuma cozinha ( com muito poucos utensílios), fiz sopa para a menina, mascomo não tinha nada para fazer um creme, dirigi-me ao restaurante e pedise me podiam passar a sopa para a menina, fizeram com algum desagrado.Como tive de fazer novamente sopa para ela tive voltar a solicitar se mepodiam passar novamente a sopa, o cozinheiro respondeu outra vez!!! E eudisse que o quarto não dispõe de nada para moer a sopa e que a bebéainda não mastigava, o responsável do bar super simpático deu ordem paraque o fizessem e pediu-me desculpa pela atitude do cozinheiro, postoisto voltou com a desculpa de que a varinha estava estragada!!! Pois simnão o quis fazer. Como estava de férias e não me estava para chatearacabei por comprar uma varinha. Não tem microondas para aquecer nadaacho que deviam repensar nos utensílios que dispõe a cozinha. Quanto àlimpeza também não é nada demais fazem as camas, trocam toalhas,selimpam o chão nunca dei por isso :( sentia sempre areia por debaixo dospés , já para não falar que a casa de banho e cozinha não eram limpasdevidamente....

Hotel bardzo fajny dla osób chcących mieć dobrą bazę wypadową. Jeżeli szukasz luksusu to ten hotel nie spełni Twoich oczekiwań. Jedzenie raczej monotonne, ale dla nas ok. Położenie hotelu bardzo fajne wszystkie okna wychodzą na ocean. Część pokoi jest po remoncie i być może mają lepszy standard przynajmniej tak wynika ze zdjęć. Jeżeli będziemy drugi raz w Playa de Ingles pewnie wybierzemy ten holel.
Jak wszystkie pokoje będą po remoncie i cena pozostanie bez zmian to będzie bardzo fajny hotelik

You get less than what you paid for.

Good location, very good everyday cleaning in rooms, right by local bus stop and pick up for island bus tours, sandy beaches in close walking distance, lovely seashore promenade opposite hotel. No problems with pool water quality and temperature was warm. Breakfast is good, with some variety. Food is always fresh. Reception staff helpful if approached with any requests.
Hot apartment regardless of ceiling fans (stayed in superior apartment), rooms were overlooking pool with sea view but above bar, so noisy until 24:00. Only stay in rooms with sea view, those looking over 2x2 lane road with a lot of traffic noise and air is polluted probably you could not tolerate exhaust smell with open windows. Not a great variety of food for dinner, very little variety of fruits served. Do not expect to be greeted with a smile from most of the staff. Hot water pressure was inadequate on the 4th floor apartment almost impossible to take a hot shower.

Apartamento no solicitado. Se había reservado un apartamento superior y, a la llegada, nos comunicaron que no había disponibilidad. Nos quedamos en uno de inferior categoría. Totalmente decepcionados.

Lo mejor fue la habitacion, Cón mucho espacio, recién reformada con buenas vistas, muy cerca de la playa, cruzar una peqeña calle. Gran sofá cama confortable, dos habitaciones separadas para los niños y nosotros, bien equipada y decorada. Los empleados del bufete y bar muy majos.
El bufete, escaso y poco variado poca fruta, verdura y pescado, y al acabarse pronto no reponian a penas....

Lo mejor la ubicación, la habitación reformada y Manolo, el jefe de camareros. La comida es correcta si no eres muy exigente, para un par de días está bien.
La piscina no la limpiaban, tenía los bordes negros y suciedad acumulada.

La ubicación y el trato del personal
El apartamento no muy bueno y mal cuidado. El bidé estaba roto y la nevera no funcionaba. La nevera la cambiaron pero el bidé,lo retiraron y no pusieron nuevo. El primer día,al no gustarme ese apartamento,me ofrecieron cambiar a uno redecorado y renovado pero pagando 170€ de diferencia. Por supuesto no lo hice. Con ese dinero me hubiera buscado otro alojamiento diferente antes de contratar este. Además apenas había menaje de cocina. Una sarten,una cacerola y un cazo. No hay microondas. No volveré.

El trato del personal es espectacular, las cenas son variadas y están muy buenas la comidas. La limpieza es correcta. La cercanía a la playa es lo mejor.
Por ponerle una pega, sin relevancia, es que la piscina es muy pequeña.
