La ubicación es perfecta, la decoración y la comodidad de la habitación son geniales. Durante el desayuno, Javier un chileno que trabaja en el hotel fue a saludarme, porque sabía que era chilena, un lindo detalle del hotel.

Geweldige locatie. voor de Utrechtse binnenstad. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie en schone kamer. Goed ontbijt.
Vervelende trapopgang om met de koffers bij de receptie te komen. Onbenullig kleine lift voor zo'n hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön möbliert
Der Duschkopf war schön älter, teilweise war der Lack abgeplatzt. Das Frühstück war zu teuer (20 Euro pro Person). Gegenüber im Bienenkorb kostet das Frühstück 5,50 Euro.

Die Matratzen waren in Ordnung.
Unzureichende Information zur Parksituation, Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze , das war angekündigt, aber auch keine Möglichkeit, dort mit PKW vorzufahren, Gepäck abzuladen und dann in die Parkgarage zu fahren. Keine Empfehlung für Reisende mit Gepäck, insgesamt zu teuer für die Leistung. Personal war nicht in der Lage, die korrekte Anfahrt für die nächste Parkgarage zu beschreiben bzw. die Koordinaten für die Navigation anzugeben. Eingang und Umgebung neben Kentucky Fried Chicken, Fettgeruch. Desk Manager versteht es sehr gut, seinen ankommenden und von der Parksituation gestressten Kunden zu ignorieren.

Have stayed many times in the hotel. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and know who I am which I appreciate.
The price over the years seems to have increased a lot. Having been using the hotel for nearly 20 years and feel now that the price is getting too high.

Locatie is uitstekend. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpen om samen met jou te kijken naar mogelijkheden. Kamers waren groot en hadden mooi uitzicht.
De afwerking valt tegen voor zo'n "luxe" hotel. Redelijk gehorig en bed lag niet confortabel. Reisgezelschap had het heel koud en er waren geen extra dekens.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! The guys at the front desk are the best! I forgot my charger there and they sent it back to me within a week with no cost! Great location both close to the train station and to the city center! I really couldn't ask for more! Best!!!

Prima hotel, prettig verblijf.

Uitstekend ontbijt en een mooie kamer, met uitzicht op de domtoren (altijd een plus). Heb niet veel tijd doorgebracht in het hotel, maar het was toch een soort huiskamergevoel.
Als ik één ding moet noemen: het bed was goed, maar het kussen vond ik waardeloos. Ik kan slecht tegen synthetische kussens maar die zijn tegenwoordig helaas vrijwel standaard in hotels.

O hotel era comodo e limpo e a localização nao podia ser melhor
Durante a noite um dos radiadores de aquecimento começou a fazer barulho e teve de ser desligado. E às 9h da manha começamos a ouvir violoncelos porque havia uma conferencia/workshop debaixo do nosso quarto.
