Im Herzen einer herzlichen Stadt

Man ist direkt im Zentrum und braucht kein Auto. Den kleinen Garten (Terrasse) konnten wir aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden - Handtücher und Kaffee/Tee in Selbstbedienung. Man wohnt direkt unter Einheimischen in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Tipp zur Anfahrt: von der Boschstraat in die Sint Teinisstraat fahren (hier fehlte ein Poller), an buntem Stromkasten rechts abbiegen und hoch auf den Platz fahren (Auto abstellen). Hier geht rechts ein Durchgang rein und man steht genau vorm Quartier. So mussten wir bei der Abreise das Gepäck nicht so weit schleppen... Das Auto haben wir auf dem Sphinx-Parkplatz für 13€ am Tag abgestellt.

WiFi funktioniert im OG, wo die Schlafzimmer sind, nicht mehr.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bad und Toilette prima.

Küche und Wohnzimmer erheblichen Renovierungsbedarf. Möbel teilweise Verletzungsgefahr(abgerissene Tür, abstehendes Schanier, gesplitterter Schrankspiegel) Möbel teilweise Sperrmüll.

Die sehr zentrale und dennoch sehr ruhige Lage. Alles für den Aufenthalt notwendige vorhanden, ausreichend Platz und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeit für die ganze Familie. Das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen und die flexible Anreisezeit. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Lokatie m.b.t. Loopafstanden ( relatief centraal) Naar markt winkels restaurants etc. Garage loopingang direct voor het app. Weliswaar duur , € 25.- per nacht, maar wel zeer handig.

Family house in the center of Maastricht

A complete house, perfect for a large family or group of friends. Aleid arranged a late check-in for us, which went very smoothly. The location is perfect, at the edge of the center and about ten minutes walk from the station. A nice base to explore Maastricht from.

A lot of things are almost-great. There are toiletries, but the basic toiletries were almost over. There are lots of candles, but nothing to light them with. There's a water boiler, but it's so calcified that we didn't use it. A lot of the lights were not working. Nothing was really a problem, but they do distract from the stay.

Quiet location Spacious apartment Facilities are adequate

The apartment is quite run down and needs repainting. The furniture is mix and mismatch from second hand shops It's difficult to find the apartment. It's inside a mostly non-car precinct - you will need something like Google Maps, our car navigation system failed badly

Perfecte locatie! Alles is aanwezig in het appartement!

De locatie is echt perfect, in het centrum! Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het appartement aanwezig.

Hygiene van de keuken, die (o.a. oven, keukenkastjes buiten en binnen) was niet schoon. Ook werkte de afwasmachine niet optimaal waardoor sommige bekers niet helemaal schoon in de kast stonden toen we aankwamen. En de douche werkte niet goed, hele kleine straal en moeilijk op de juiste temperatuur te krijgen. De voor- en achtertuin tuin zagen er slecht verzorgd uit. Ook nog volle asbakken op de tuintafels van waarschijnlijk de vorige huurders en twee tuinstoelen waren doorgezakt/kapot.

De locatie was perfect.

De locatie was perfect. Rustige buurt op steenworp afstand van het centrum en vlak bij de Maas. Veel leuke restaurantjes op de Markt vlak bij. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien.We voelden ons helemaal thuis. De wifi werkte prima.
