Located in the heart of Amsterdam opposite central station and within walking distance of Amsterdam's main attractions and shopping areas, art'otel amsterdam features 5&33, which is a dining and social venue combining an all-day and late-night kitchen, bar, library, lounge and multi-functional public gallery. The hotel's modern rooms all feature art work by Atelier Van Lieshout and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. Each room comes with mood lighting and flat-screen TV. The bathroom boasts a rain shower, separate toilet, and Elemis guest amenities. Hairdryer, luxurious bathrobes and slippers are provided. There is a stocked minibar, complimentary bottle of water on day of arrival and an illy espresso machine. Complimentary a la carte breakfast is served daily. The innovative dining concept 5&33 serves an all-day and late-night menu of small plates, inspired by the wider Mediterranean. 5&33's bar serves a wide choice of cocktails and drinks with guest DJs spinning tracks on various nights during the week. Amsterdam’s well-known canals are a few minutes away from this hotel and many attractions such as the Anne Frank House, Jordaan, Negen Straatjes and Dam Square with its Royal Palace are all within walking distance. Rijksmuseum and the Leidesplein and Rembrandtplein areas are easily accessible by tram.

Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 75 is authorised upon arrival. This deposit is used for damages and extras taken in the hotel. The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorisation of EUR 1.00. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours. The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a third party credit card is used, a Thirdy Party Payment authorisation form must be signed by the card holder. Het hotel is een echte aanrader, hoewel vrij duur.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel (wel vaak Engelstalig) Alles was heel netjes en verzorgd! De kamers zijn ruim genoeg. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en vrij uitgebreid. Bagage achterlaten in het hotel op de laatste dag is helemaal geen probleem.
Het is wel een vrij duur hotel.

Locatie - enorm vriendelijk personeel
Alles is verouderd. kamers zijn vies, wij hebben zelf pakken vuil haar tussen de handdoeken gevonden. badkamers niet goed onderhouden. het zwembad is zodanig vuil en niet verzorgd dat ik er zelf niet in geweest ben.

Super Lage, stylishes Haus und Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker!
Für meinen Geschmack sind die Flure zu dunkel und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer nicht optimal einstellbar (entweder zu hell oder zu dunkel). Das tut dem positiven Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch.

We enjoyed the hotel, it is young, funky and modern. I enjoyed the gym - it's great.
The service at the resturant was average. We wished the cupboards were bigger and had shelving in addition to the hanging option.

La posizione è comoda per tutto, I migliori ristoranti son appena dietro l' angolo, piazza Dam in cinque minuti di passeggiata a piedi.
Avevo una camera al secondo piano, venerdi e sabato sera c' era la discoteca dell' Hotel a pieno regime ed essendo li per lavoro avevo bisogno di riposare invece il rumore era piuttosto fastidioso per fortuna solo fino alle due del mattino...
