Gutes Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, wir konnten zu allem wohin wir wollten gut gelangen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön & sauber! Die Betten waren gemütlich.
Das man für das Frühstück extra zahlen musste.

El colchón era bastante cómodo. El desayuno, sin pretensiones pero no está mal. El personal, agradable.
Nos dieron las habitaciones en la planta baja. Al lado del hotel hay una discoteca y las paredes no están aisladas, con el consecuente ruido de la música hasta las 2 de la mañana. Un tanto alejado del centro, unos 15-20 minutos andando. Las habitaciones son poco acogedoras, los muebles se ven un tanto viejos y estropeados, así como el baño.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. I found the location convenient for business and within walking distance of Kraków Główny train station, Old Town and Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall.

Good price hotel in a nice location. Good value for money

Great location. Free wifi. Kettle in room. Very good price. Lovely staff. Great value breakfast.
Strong smell of urine from bathroom. Bedrooms too dark. Decor needs updating. Carpets need changing and walls need repainting. Rooms nice a facelift.

simpel hotel op prima locatie

Hotel op loopafstand van het station en centrum met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Ontbijt was vrij eenvoudig en niet uitgebreid. Kamers erg gedateerd met weinig faciliteiten en kleine bedden.

Location is excellent it's near the main train station , nice staff .
Breakfast wasn't worth paying , I was told it's until 7-11am , by the time I got there at 10am nothing left plus not much of choice .

Nice Krakow Location

The location was great for the money. The Apart Hotel was a few blocks from the bus and train station. If you need to take a flight out of Krakow this is the place to stay. The shuttle takes 17 minutes to the airport. You are never late anymore.
The bathroom was a little small.

Great staff and comfortable enough for an affordable hotel

Great staff. Good location as market square is about a ten minute walk away. Quite a quiet road.
A company offers in room massages that the hotel will book for you. The massage I had felt rushed and was mediocre at best. Most of the time I wasn't under the impression that the lady actually knew what she was doing so it was essentially a waste of money. The TV in the room was old and not even new enough to be a widescreen which is something I haven't seen for a long long time. The reception is awful as well so although BBC World was an option, the signal was not strong enough to display a picture.

Warto, ale na krotko.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dostepne miejsca do parkowania. W bliskim sasiedztwie park w ktorym mozna wyprowadzac psy. Mila obsluga.
Wysluzone wyposazenie pokoju. Bardzo ciasna lazienka urzadzona w stylu wczesnych lat 90-tych.

Good Krakow Hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, good room's clean tidy and good facilities. Close to the bus/train station and an excellent Polish baker just round the corner. Also close to a very good shopping centre.
Wee bit far from the old town. Breakfast was a wee bit dull.

A pleasant stay at an unpretentious hotel

There is a very nice breakfast with lots of food options. The staff are friendly and responsive.
I arrived fairly late at night and had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the person to come back to the front desk. It would be nice to have a more direct route from the parking lot to the hotel rooms. There's a doorway to the parking lot but they keep it locked.

Hotellet låg i et skummelt strøk. Personalet virket irritert da vi ba om hjelp for forskjellig, og i tilleg krevde de 400 NOK for en stol som var ødelagt da vi kom. Dårlig service og dårlig hotell. Ikke som på bildene!

Disappointing

Łóżko dla dwojga złożone z dwóch pojedynczych na których rozsuwały się materace, w efekcie czego lądowały na podłodze. Obskórny ciemny pokój z obdrapanymi ścianami i wykładziną podłogową na ścianach. Niezbyt miły personel. Parking płatny 30 zł na dobę. Problemy z internetem (wi-fi). Problem z dostaniem się do hotelu po godz. 22, zamknięte drzwi. Nie polecam. Chyba że masz za dużo kasy i nie zależy Ci na wygodach.

Duże, czyste pokoje. bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko dworca, w zasięgu spaceru do rynku i najważniejszych węzłów komunikacji miejskiej. Blisko do Tauron Areny. Dobre, obfite śniadanie.
