Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et les conseils judicieux sur les visites et les recoins à voir dans un rayon d'une soixantaine de kms autour du gîte. Le propriétaire nous a même fourni les plans. De plus l'environnement au calme , au milieu des rizières, et l'excellente cuisine ont contribué à donner une teinte exceptionnelle à notre séjour.

The couple who own the place are genuine people who do what ever it takes for their customers to enjoy Chiang Rai. Breakfast is cooked fresh and is delicious and Jan is great at advising about what to see and do.

We stayed in late June. Because it was the low season we were the only guests and felt that we were given lots of time and information from Jen. We sat with him for meals and he is a fountain of knowledge on the area and a happy and helpful person. Son would cook us lovely meals. Jen has about 3 drivers that he uses for day tours. We had a fabulous driver that we used for two days (one full day sightseeing and one day to drive us to Chiang Mai). Jen will help plan an itinerary as he knows all the worthwhile tourist destinations and sightseeing around the Chiang Rai area was one of our holiday highlights. The Homestay is out of town and is in a quiet area. We loved feeding the hundreds of giant fish across the road...very cool. Jen and Son couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely recommend Ban Lom Jen Homestay to our friends.

Ian and Son were very kind and welcoming, helpful about advising on where , what and how. Having an option to rent a scooter and bike was so cool. Rooms were comfy and had everything one needs.

Homestay in a rice paddy & vegetable garden, surrounded by banana trees on one side & amazing view on the other - woke up with smile on our faces. We walked across the street to feed the fish as well... Amazingly big! Homemade bread, delicious Western or Thai breakfast with fresh fruit daily. Very nice hospitality, peaceful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much...

It's a beautiful place in the countryside. The room is well designed, the bed is really comfortable, good mosquito net on the window which allows to leave the window open during night to enjoy the coolness. The terasse has a wonderful view of the green rice field. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely yummy. I can highly recommend this place and would stay next time there again.

We loved this place, delicious European breakfasts and Thai evening meals serve in the resturant. Owners so friendly and helpful, peaceful beautiful location perfect to escape to and relax for a few days.

Siamo rimasti due notti in questa struttura, lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto anche da mangiare alla sera. Lontano dal centro, ma questo è un punto a favore perchè la zona è tranquillissima, per noi che avevamo l'auto non è stato un problema spostarsi. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e pulita.

Die Besitzer haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert und waren immer sehr freundlich. Das selbst-gebackene Brot zum Frühstück war ein Highlight!

Die Familie ist super nett, hilfsbereit und gibt über Freizeitmöglichkeiten in allen Richtungen Auskunft. Ob mit dem Scooter auf eigene Faust eine Tour starten oder nette Fahrer für eine Tour organisieren, um das Goldene Dreieck zu erkunden. Son und John können bzw. geben gern sehr hilfsreiche Tipps. Das Essen schmeckt klasse, die Zimmer sind groß, mit eigener Terrasse und Blick auf Reisfelder und Natur. Samstags gibt es einen kostenfreien Fahrdienst zum Nachtmarkt.

L'accueil et le rire communicatif de Jan! La gentillesse et l'excellente cuisine de Lom! Super conseils pour découvrir la région en scooter ou accompagné de Chai, leur super guide/chauffeur! Nous reviendrons a coup sur avec une bonne Duvel dans notre sac à dos pour offrir à Jan!

Food was lovely, motorbike hire convenient, very helpful in organising transport into town. Laundry service useful. Excellent friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Good base to explore locality.

le top du top! personnel accueillant, chambre impeccable entourée des rizières et du jardin potager; calme et magnifique! la cuisine et délicieuse et le personnel très accueillant, souriant et sympatique. pour une famille avec enfants c'est l'idéal nous regrettons de ne pas être rester plus longtemps!!! on y retournera!!

We found our hosts extreamly helpful in many ways. Especially getting a sat nav set up on our phone which was invaluable. The home made bread was lovely. They even arranged a taxi into town for the night market. The food there was made to our liking. Spicy or not whichever you prefer. I would rate it as excellent in all respects. Did not want to leave. Thank you both for all your help. Alison and Trevor.

Everything. The room are really nice, big, clean and confortable. The view from the room is amazing and the place is really quiet. Ban and Jen were awesome, they are really friendly and will help you with everything you need. If you need advice for a trip they will gladly help you, or help you to find a car for a bigger trip. The food they are cooking is delicious. Thai or western, both were super good. The thai food we had was so good, and was a lots of them. The second day it was pizza homemade, they are making fresh bread everyday, have a really good oven, amazing. The breakfast is simple but just as it has to be, fresh bread, jam, butter, some ham and cheese, fresh fruit, omelet. For the location, no problem, you can rent a scooter as you should always do in thailand, and if you wanna go somewhere, they can pick you up freely if they are going to the city. And anyway chiang rai ain't about party... Honestly, one of the best place i have ever stayed ! I would go back to chiang rai just for them.

老板一家非常热情，经营非常用心，房间朴素但是干净，吹风机冰箱都有，餐厅味道很好，饭后还有甜点，这个价格已经很便宜了，居然还包早餐，有煎蛋起司，面包，果汁，咖啡，水果，搞得我们都有点不好意思了????屋后的稻田很赞，老板用心得很，天色一暗就点上蚊香，不用担心蚊子，可以稻花香里听蛙声，只恨天朝假不长

Very friendly family staffs, comfortable room, clean & quiet in nice surrounding, great breakfast & excellent dinner, paddy field behind guesthouse makes this place wonderful. Would definitely visit again~
