Living room is big Kitechen is very good
Wifi is not that good Shower is not that good and without any option to hang you clothes and/or towels which is very problematic. Bedroom is very very small (90% of it is a bed) but it is next to a window so some people will like it. If you like to sleep in complete darkness while is it light outside then you have a problem as like most other places in amsterdam the curtains are not blocking anything.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist super. Man kann die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden oder auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zurückgreifen.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war eher unterdurchschnittlich, statt einem Doppelbett zwei Einzelbetten, die sich beim Schlafen immer auseinander schoben. Das gemeinsame Badezimmer war viel zu klein, so dass man, wenn man auf der Toilette saß, die Tür nicht schließen konnte. Unser "Zimmer-Nachbar" hatte zu heftig gefeiert, was sich in nächtlichem Lärm und morgens im Badezimmer bemerkbar machte - nichts für schwache Nerven.

La amplitud del apartamento. La calle donde estaba muy tranquila, bien comunicada, cerca de la Museumplein. El apartamento estaba limpio y te acompañan desde la oficina hasta el apartamento. A nosotros nos llevaron en coche.
The wifi wasn't working because some works in the next building. The technitian came while we weren't in the apartament but he couldn't fix it. I understand that it is not their fault but at least they should have paid us internet conexion for our mobile phones. They offered us the solution of going to a shop but just one specific day at a specific hour. They didn't come to us. They just left a note in the apartment explaining the situation but they didn't try to call us to find a solution and to aplogise for this uncomfortable situation for us. We didn't have any toaster in the kitchen.

Appartamento molto spazioso , arredato ,pulito e confortevole ben posizionato nei pressi del tram 5 , 24 e 16 con cui si puó raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam tranquillamente in 3 minuti , il personale è stato gentile e ci ha accompagnato al nostro appartamento e ci ha dato informazioni utili
La posizione dell'appartamento un pó fuori dal centro ma con i tram raggiungibile facilmente ultima pecca la biancheria non proprio pulita

Atteggiamento del proprietario che cerca in ogni modo di estorcere denaro. 30 euro per il check in dopo le 21.30, e poi voleva 100 euro per una tenda danneggiata non da noi. Non pagate nulla e nel caso chiedete di chiamare la polizia

Had a nice stay because of the city.
First of it was not clearly visible on booking.com that you have to use a shared toilet and kitchen. In addition the toilet was far from clean and very small. I had problems even using it (1.86). Mold and consequently strong smell in the toilet. You have to buy the toilet paper yourself. I liked the location but it was not in the center, although it was stated in the description. In conclusion i had the impression that the Bema Rentals promised way more than they could offer. Far too expensive.

Cucina servita di ogni utensile, bagni comodi divisi in ogni area notte, doccia spaziosa. Living room luminosissimo. L'appartamento lo consiglierei perché è in un'ottima posizione centrale ma in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal Van Gogh Museum.
Si sentiva ogni rumore dagli appartamenti adiacenti, siamo stati pregati di fare meno confusione dalla vicina di sotto seppur non avessimo fatto nulla di strano. Essendo il pavimento in legno risuonavano tutti i rumori. Scale ripide non adatte a persone anziane, gradini piccolissimi.

Бронировали за полгода, но за 1,5 месяца до заезда владельцы сообщили, что апартаменты не доступны и попросили самостоятельно отказаться, при этом цены уже взлетели в 2 раза. При обращении через сервис букинга, нам подыскали апартаменты за те де деньги, но даже с лучшими условиями. Как говорится, все было хорошо, но небольшой осадочек осталмя .
