la posizione, ma non è migliorabile, ma almeno creerei un servizio navetta ad hoc con aeroporto e stazione ferroviaria la qualità del box doccia

Nice hotel but they charged additional 40 EU to use "pool" and "spa" which was very creepy, isolated and dirty and would not reverse charge when i told them it was dirty. So i ended up being forced to pay an extra 40 eu for a 1 hour access to a dirty portable jacuzzi and the hotel staff were extremely rude when i pointed out that it was not clean or usable. Skip the "amenities" here as it is a rip off and false advertising. Also very isolated location and further from airport and train station than indicated.

Camere ben arredate e pulite. Staff competente e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione buona e ottima la posizione sull'autostrada che mi ha permesso in pochi minuti di raggiungere le spiagge più vicine. Se l'hotel si fosse trovato sul mare sarebbe stato il top.

Una sola sciocchezza: le indicazioni stradali dovrebbero essere migliorate (magari illuminandole!!).

ogni cosa.. 4 stelle meritatissime con lo staff poi sono stato benissimo.. è stato parecchio cordiale sia al ristorante sia in reception.. quando ho abbiamo avuto un problema allo scarico hanno subito verificato e ci hanno spostato di camera per poter fare i lavori senza nessuna complicazione.. i prezzi poi sono parecchio onesti quando poi la mia compagna è stata male mi hanno aiutato prontamente per quello che riuscivano non mi capitava un hotel così dai tempi di sharm el sheikh (5 anni fa) sono davvero contento di questo soggiorno speriamo di ritornarci presto!
migliorerei leggermente la parte del bagno (almeno dove avevo la camera) ma senza stravolgerlo.. solo piccolissimi accorgimenti che, se fatti, potrebbero far alzare di classe l'hotel facendolo diventare un 4 stelle e mezzo o un 5 stelle.. anche se i bagni mi sono piaciuti molto

Die morgige Abreise nach einem ungenügenden Frühstück.
Zimmer ohne Tageslicht (wurde auf meine Reklamation hin gewechselt); Angus-Steak war nicht essbar, ev. als Tierfutter; Telefon funktionierte nicht; im Nebengebäude lief die ganze Nacht eine voluminöse Klima-Anlage; Glaubwürdigkeit von booking ist angekratzt, wenn nicht mindestens auf 3 Sterne reduziert wird.

We were disturbed by the residents above us on the 3rd floor till 23.30 playing music , so for me the sound proofing is not good enough . And also we had to wait 50 minutes for are 1st course in the restaurant when there was only 5 people including are selves
