A equipe do hotel é bastante solícita. O quarto é confortável, porém, não muito amplo. O café da manhã é variado e gostoso.
O preço de uma garrafinha de água de 300 ml é absurdo (R$ 5,00). Os hotéis deveriam oferecer água de graça para os hóspedes, ou no mínimo, disponibilizar bebedouros.

café da manha bom, apesar de ser repetitivo para o hospede que fica mais dias. o hotel tem cama confortável e muito boa localização pois fica perto da orla. A piscina na cobertura eh pequena.
fiquei em um apartamento com ar condicionado de parede apesar de que no site do hotel tem foto de Split. Serviram cuscuz com leite de coco de garrafa, terrível para uma cidade que deve ter bastante desta fruta natural, sem condições de comer!!!

O chuveiro demorava a esquentar e o local de embarque e desembarque de pessoas e produtos muito pequeno, muitas vezes tendo engarrafamento e os colaborados pouco interessados em intervir.

Gostei de ter recebido um quarto com vista para o mar (mais silencioso também), da cama confortável e do bom atendimento da equipe. Além disso, achei o hotel bem localizado (fora do intenso fluxo turístico e ainda assim perto da praia).
Do cheiro de plástico queimado quando o sol bate na cortina blackout pela manhã, da qualidade ruim dos itens do café da manhã (suco detox aguado, cuzcuz com leite de coco industrializado - o fim!), a área da piscina não é agradável.
