Het vriendelijke ontvangst bij het in en uit checken. Sowieso vriendelijk personeel. De super bedden en kussens!! En de hotelkamer was heel schoon.
De minibar was niet gevuld dus moest je bellen voor drankje.

De Royal Suite geboekt, geweldige kamer, luxe, ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. Receptie zeer vriendelijk bij ontvangst, gastvrij en behulpzaam.Ontbijt is prima, ruime keuze. Zeer goed hotel om te boeken voor een verblijf in Zwolle!

Netjes hoed ontbijt goed eten.
De kamer betrekken kon pas rond vier uur terwijl de boeking aangaf vanaf 14.00 uur. Parking voor mensen met loop probleem was vol. Dus moest alsnog ver gelopen worden en trap nemen.

De ventilatie van de badkamer in de nieuw aangebouwde hotelkamers is niet optimaal.
