Located in the trendy area of El Born, near the port area of the city, these renovated apartments give you wonderful views over the Passeig del Borne. Enjoy a relaxing stay in these apartments. They boast a highly independent and private atmosphere, ideal for booking a stay as a couple or family. You can look around the beautiful shops and boutiques of the Borne district and grab a coffee in one of the trendy cafes. These apartments are located only 5 minutes on foot from the city centre and a short walk from the Cathedral in the Gothic Quarter.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Check-in instructions: Please note that check-in is from 15:00 at the central office located in: Calle Ferran, 11. If you arrive before this time and there is space in the property's storage room, you may leave your luggage at reception. Reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive after the office is closed at 20:00, you must call during the property's office hours to let them know your arrival time. This way you will get the codes to do an automatic check-in. Cleaning: Stays of a minimum of 8 nights include one free change of towels and bed linen midweek. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement. Guter Kompromiss

Die Lage war perfekt. Wenn auf der Straße gefeiert wird, dann kann es allerdings eine laute Nacht werden

Die Raumaufteilung war etwas abgestanden und es gab scheinbar oberhalb der Wohnung einen Wasserschaden, sodass die Decke etwas angegriffen aussieht

Mycket bra läge, ca 15 min promenad till La Rambla och 15 min till stranden. Cyklar uthyres i grannhuset, mycket trevligt att cykla i området, inte minst på strandpromenaden.

Close to shops and cafes.

Didn't look as nice as it did in the photos - disappointed with how dull and worn it was. Kitchen cupboards and toilet seat were broken. Very noisy spot till all hours of the morning, had to survive on very little sleep!

Difficile trouver le bureau pour avoir la clé, qui est à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Rue bruyante.

Top-Lage für individuelle Urlauber

Zu Fuß durch die Innenstadt und die Altstadt schlendern, bis spät abends kann man hier noch Eis essen oder hübsche kleine Geschäfte besuchen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. In der Küche ist alles wichtige da, wenn man nicht vor hat, Menüs zu kochen. Es war relativ sauber, das Bett war gut.

Es ist, wie schon öfter erwähnt, alles bißchen abgewohnt. Zu zweit ist alles gut, zu viert eher nur mit Campingcharakter, das Bad ist winzig, der Schrank mit Bettzeug voll, man hat wenig Abstellfläche. Draußen ist Geschnatter die ganze Nacht, damit bezahlt man die Top-Lage. Stühle für die schöne große Terrasse hätten uns sehr gefallen, oder eine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher draußen zu trocknen.

La ubicación era MUY buena.

El apto tiene además de la cama un sofacama muy poco confortable. Y todos los avisos que hay son de prohibiciones y multas. No hay ninguno de bienvenida.

Centralt i El Born. Är jättenöjd.

Ligger i gränd Centralt i El born. Bra läge. Vi hyrde cyklar hos "Green bikes" i gothic kvarteret. Bra avstånd till strand med cykel. Restauranger precis utanför.

Klimat anläggning fungerade inte i en av 2 hyrda lägenheter.

A lovely little apartment in beautiful Born

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of El Born, with easy access to all key areas of Barcelona. The metro, tram and train are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and perfect for two adults, we felt you would struggle with four adults in that space though. The bed was really comfortable, with good wardrobe space.There were two great balconies and an added bonus of a lift. We arrived late and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, everything went to plan. A lovely little apartment.

Though there was a good hob, microwave and kettle supplied, the kitchen was small and there was nowhere to drain your dishes; plus no drying cloths we had to buy our own. There was only one bin bag supplied. It would have been nice if there was some complimentary tea, coffee and condiments as a welcome pack.

Slitt leilighet, spes på badet- (tak, knagger, dusjdører) mangler på solskjermingen på vinduene. Lite kjøkkenutstyr og service. Brukte lang tid på å få utdelt nøkkel, lite praktisk å hente nøkkel et annet sted

Location and the design of the studio is great. There was 2 balconies in our apartmant which have a good view.

Bad wasn't confortable enough. The apartman you stay and the offices for check in are in different areas which is 15 min by walk. They would better give this info before booking.
