The lady who welcomed me and was avalible to check me out was brilliant. Professional,thoughtful and very helpful. However the gentleman who was on reception in the evening may need to retrain. Very poor social skills.
Unclean and certainly not value for money.

Very clean rooms. Helpful staff.
Facilities are limited. Somewhere between a hotel and a b&b. No bar. Pool isn't really a pool, more of a plunge pool. Restaurant is very small.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel im Mallorquinischen Stil . Hochwertig, bequeme Betten, sauber, freundliches kompetentes Personal, gemütlich , sehr gute Küche, tolles Frühstück, tolle Lage zur Altstadt dennoch ruhig. Perfekt !
Leicht hellhörig, wenn Leute im Innenhof sitzen.

Ausgesprochen geschmackvolles Hotel. Wohlfühlfaktor 10
Zimmer 308 u d 309 liegen exakt das nett der Dachterrasse. Sollte dort Abends eine Party steigen, fühltman sich mittendrin. Morgens beim Aufräumen wieder.Ist aber nur einmal passiert in 10 Tagen ????

The hotel was gorgeously decorated with very comfortable rooms and in a quiet but very central location. The staff were without doubt, the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. Couldn't do enough to assist everyone with a cheery smile. Highly recommend this hotel and would revisit. Oh, and the restaurant in the hotel is very good too if you prefer to eat in.

Personal super super kompetent und freundlich, Zimmer sehr schön! Generell sehr komfortables feeling. Auch die Situation mit dem Pool ist sehr gut gelöst. Hier würde man am liebsten gar nicht wieder auschecken!

Der Service ist außerordentlich gut! Ich würde sagen: besser geht es nicht! Hier hat wirklich jeder immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht- einfach toll!! Die Lage ist ideal, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ist es nachts nicht laut. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen! das war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier waren!
