Small rooms , lift cranky and spiral staircase pure garbage !

The bathroom was in a very bad state, sink was blocked, hairs in showers from the previous guest. The elevator was broken most of the time it didn't go down to the zero floor had very narrow staircase. Room also need of debugging as I have had a few insect bites after I've returned. Hardly that great other than good location and reasonably comfortable bed. Needs a makeover in my opinion and thoroughly cleaned than seeing gross stuff upon arrival.

eine ausgedruckte Rechnung war nicht möglich, Drucker defekt oder nicht bedienbar. Anscheinend gibt es Flöhe/Wanzen in den Zimmern

Ontbijt waardeloos koffie moest je 2 euro voor betalen en ontbijt alleen maar kaas ham en ham. Personeel was bot zaten vast in lift geen hulp konden hem oplaatst omhoog krijgen. Werd verteld dat we maar harder op de knop moesten drukken verder niks. Geen uitleg bij inchekken werd alleen sleutels in handen gepropt.

Pulizia camere ascensore....non è x niente un 3 stelle

Didn't have hot water for 2 days, very dirty, we had stains on our Donna cover, chips and dirt already on the floor, elavator never worked so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs in the 28 degree heat, also couldn't lock our bags in a secure place.

Non ho trovato il sevizio colazione che invece era incluso nel prezzo

Bij aankomst was het personeel zeer onvriendelijk en bovendien konden ze niet eens Nederlands.. De kamers stonken en de lift werkte maar de helft van de tijd. Toen we 's ochtends beneden kwamen, stond ons ontbijt niet klaar, hoewel we er tussen de voorziene uren waren. Na een kwartier wachten, waren we diep teleurgesteld: brood uit de diepvries, oude bananen en oploskoffie. Neen, absoluut geen aanrader!

Non vale assolutamente la cifra richiesta!! Camere minuscole, personale assente, colazione mai vista così ridicola (ma mai!!!!) servita all'ingresso in quanto non esiste una sala colazioni e dopo averla espressamente richiesta, camere non pulite, wi fi funzionante solo nella hall (se la si può chiamare così) struttura vecchia e non in ordine.

Frühstück: Löslicher Kaffee, kaum Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Marmelade; kein Speiseraum, sondern im Eingangsbereich Fahrstuhl fiel am 2.Tag aus.

Non sanno cosa sia l'igiene. Hotel gestito da cinesi che d'accordo sappiamo tutti non brillino per pulizia ma qui si rasenta il limite dell'indecenza. Camere sporchissime, asciugamani riciclati, niente sapone, shampoo o altro, camere non rifatte. Ascensore rotto, sistemi antiincendio rotti e incerottati. Colazione buttata là su tavoli sporchi solo se arrivavi a chiederla (pan bauletto, succo di frutta e marmellatine) il tutto servito su piatti, bicchieri e posate visibilmente non lavati. Da evitare

Everything else. The elevator was something out of a horror movie and the rooms had serious hygiene issues. My brother woke up with bed bug bites all over him. There was no soap in the bathrooms. Definitely would not recommend.

Keine Seife im Zimmer. Mäßig freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit des Betts!

Waren 3 Tage da und nach einem Tag gab es keine großen Handtücher, sodass 2 erwachsene für den Rest der Zeit mit 2 kleinen Handtüchern auskommen mussten. Frühstück ist ab 8 Uhr, ist jedoch nie um 8 Uhr aufgebaut sondern erst wenn der erste Gast zum Frühstück kommt. Jede Nacht ging der Rauchmelder an und man konnte nie durchschlafen.

Bad stank stark nach Schimmel und Klo, als wäre nie geputzt worden. Frühstück war ein Witz. Nur Toast, Instantkaffee und wenig mehr. Das "Hotel" ist auf keinen Fall sein Geld wert. Abkassiert wurde bei Ankunft, aus gutem Grund, wie sich herausstellte...

Номера требуют косметического ремонта, но при этом новые кровати и постельное белье. Номер практически не убирали, приходилось самим просить чистые полотенца и туалетную бумагу. Очень маленькая площадь, некуда положить вещи, а уж чтобы поставить чемодан!!! Wifi только на территории ресепшена. Завтраки -тосты, джем, сыр, ветчина. Цена показалась слишком завышенной за такой отель.

The day staff were extremely rude, customer service skills non existant (apart from the lovely lad Anwar who did night shifts, very helpful; just a shame to only be able to get such lovely help at 1 in the morning!) The lift sounded as if it was about to break at any given moment, and was very temperamental as to whether it wanted to work or not! The room was hoovered, wouldn't say clean, and they obviously don't check their rooms properly in between each guest as some rather disgusting items were found underneath the bed..... As a mouse ran out from underneath the bed and went back again, we looked under the bed to find the rodent, we found what can only be described as a used sex toy that had been left under the bed from a previous visit!!!! When mentioned to the member of staff he wasn't even bothered, agreed that they had a mouse infestation and carried on looking at his phone!! The breakfast was absolutely shocking, not enough food for the amount of guests staying in the property, and never a specific time for it to be served, out of our three mornings there we had food only once as it was horrendous..... Would NEVER stay at this property ever again....
