La atencion, no ayudaron con las maletas, solicite hacer el chekout una hora mas tarde, la respuesta fue, no. El baño no estaba muy limpio el desague de la ducha estaba medio tapado, el agua no bajaba rapido.

Super Lage. Sehr schönes Erkerzimmer. Die Fenster sind schalldicht. der Lärm vom Platz ist bei geschlossenen Fenster nicht mehr zu hören.
Das Badezimmerlicht funktioniert mit Bewegungsmelder. Man muss immer in Bewegung bleiben damit das Licht nicht ausgeht. Jede Menge Schimmel an den Badezimmerfließen und leider kein Haartrockner vorhanden.

L'habitació on hem estat no es correspon amb la mostrada a la pàgina de booking. L'habitació triple amb zona d'estar i bany privat és molt petita, cal moure els mobles per poder seure a la zona d'estar. El bany és fora de l'habitació, al distrubuïdor, i no disposa de plat de dutxa, cortines ni mampara, tot l'espai queda moll en utilitzar-la.

Very noisey but that is expected given the location, would not recommend for a family or those wanting a good nights sleep - but who has time for that in Amsterdam!! Private bathroom was in a seperate room- a little inconvenient.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rembrandt-Plein, wenn man rausgeht ist man schon mittendrin! Freundliches Personal, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.
Das Frühstück kostet 10€ zusätzlich, aber ist nicht gerade den Preis wert. Lieber auswärts frühstücken, es hat diverse viel bessere Angebote ringsum.

De receptionist (de eigenaar van het hotel vertelde hij ons) heeft ergonbeschoft gedaan, ruzie gemaakt, tegen ons (als zijn gasten zijnde)geschreeuwd en ons het hotel uitgezet. Omdat we vroegen of onze koffersop een minder openbare plek mochten staan dan het restaurant waar hijons aanwees, omdat wij even wilden winkelen en de koffers later wildenophalen. We konden zijn gedrag en zijn manier van omgang met ons alszijn gasten zijnde niet geloven. Als eigenaar van een hotel, of het een2* of 5* hotel is, hoor je je netjes en op zijn minst menselijk tegedragen. Belachelijk gedrag. Kort gezegd: nooit meer!

Lots of stairs with no elivator. The photos don't match the room. They put the photos of their best room which is 3 times bigger than the other rooms. Expected a big comfy room and got a tiny room.

L'accessibilità è pessima. Ci sono solo scale e una persona con problemi fisici non potrà mai accedere alla struttura. La camera non era tanto pulita ed il bagno piccolissimo e sporco. Molto cara per quello che ha offerto Da evitare.
