Excellent staff and excellent location.

The staff were extremely helpful, I hurt my ankle whilst on holiday and they did everything possible to ensure I was OK. The location was also excellent, we were very close to everything.
The rooms do need to be painted and it can be slightly cold in the room at times but Amsterdam being such a lively city, we didn't spend much time there.

Si on veut avoir un esprit critique je dirais plus de choix au petit dej mais sincèrement c est juste pour mettre quelque chose :-)

Posizione ottima e pulizia. Camera confortevole e bagno comodo con i sanitari in ottimo stato. Arrivati intorno alle 9,30 ci hanno consegnato subito la camera.
La colazione poco varia e di qualità media. La nostra camera dava sulla strada e la finestra non si poteva aprire. I cuscini sono piccoli. Le scale per le camere sono ripide con la battuta corta

La colazione, la posizione ottima e strategica , la disponibilità dello staff ( presenti molti italiani), la connessione gratuita ottima anche nelle stanze! Hotel pulito e accogliente! La prossima volta che dovrò soggiornare ad Amsterdam sceglierò sicuramente questo Hotel!!

Zimmer klein aber sauber,Blick in einen Schacht nicht sehr schön,
Das Frühsück lässt zu wünschen übrig, jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst,Käse,Schinken. Keine Abwechslung, geht mal für 3 Tage, für länger wirds bääääh.

Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles nett erklärt.Die lage vom Hotel war top und die Zimmer auch sehr schön.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und angemessen :) kommen gerne wieder
Unter dem Bett und auf dem schrank könnte es sauberer sein.

Too pricey for what you get

The location was good. Breakfast was food.
For the price I paid, I did not expect to be out down in the basement with no view! It was like a dungeon. The stairs were steep and a bit hard to maneuver luggage on.
