About Cityden Museum Square Hotel Apartments

Cityden Museum District City Suites is located in a residential area at a 5-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum, Museum Square, Rijksmuseum and the Museum Square tram stop. This property has been completely renovated and will reopen in February 2016. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and the stylish rooms come with luxury beds. Each apartment features a sit area with a TV and a bathroom. Some apartments also feature a terrace or balcony. Guests can prepare meals in at their own kitchenette. A wide variety of restaurants are found within walking distance from these apartments. This building features a lift. Cityden Museum District City Suites is located a 10-minute walk from the Albert Cuyp Market. Trams 16 and 24 stop at the Museum Square and bring you to Amsterdam Central Station in 20 minutes. The RAI Convention Centre and the World Trade Centre are 10 minutes away by tram. Bus 197 stops a 5 minutes walk from it and links directly to Schiphol Airport.

Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00. Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees. Please note that the accommodations has no reception, so there is no luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please note that Cityden will contact you via email at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to arrange the check-in process. Please note that late check-in is possible upon request prior to arrival at a surcharge of EUR 25 between 18:00 and 00:00. An additional charge of EUR 50 is applied for a check-in after 00:00. Please note that a security deposit or EUR 350 is required for incidentals and will be pre-authorized on the credit card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the duration of this release may take up to 10 days and may vary per bank. One housekeeping will be arranged free of charge for stays longer than 7 nights. Please note that there is no lift available in the apartments. Please inform Cityden Museum Square Hotel Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. appartement propre dans un quartier calme, très bien équipé (il ne manque absolument rien) et bien placé pour visiter. Décoration tendance.
Appel téléphonique la veille de notre arrivée pour nous avertir que les chiens n'étaient pas admis. Supplément animal exorbitant de 80 euros pour une nuit sans possibilité de négociation.

Great location.
Small apartment; had to pay 25 euro and wait for more than 20 minutes on the street to be let in; toilet smelled strongly like urine the three days we were there and a urine soaked half used toilet roll was jammed under the toilet - it still smelt after we threw this away; the place generally was not clean and we found a dity sock behind the curtains. Dishwasher was full with only half cleaned dishes on arrival. Asked for more toilet paper and was told that this was not a hotel but maybe they could bring some - staff attended the apartments for other guests but did not bring any. Basically very expensive for what you get. Disappointed.

Apartamento bem localizado e vem equipado. Igual à descrição no site. Zona muito agradável e sossegada. Bem servido de transportes (tram). Alguns itens básicos, tais como café e chá, cápsulas para a máquina de lavar loiça são oferta.
Para uma estadia de 5 dias poderiam deixar mais do que um conjunto de toalhas por pessoa.

The location was excellent for getting to the museums and Vondel Park for those with young children. It had excellent tram links to the centre of Amsterdam.
The check in staff arrived slightly late despite our giving them early notice about our arrival time. Everything else was perfect.

Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß erreicht! Die Lage war echt schön! Das Apartment war zwar klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Fernseher im Schlafzimmer!!! Unser Ansprechpartner Vorort war sehr bemüht.

Spotlessly clean, modern, air conditioned, fully furbished apartment in a convenient location. the photos are an exact likeness. Staff were informative yet non-intrusive.
A little cramped (4 guys in a deluxe 1 bedroom apartment). That being said, the sofa bed was v good - comfortably sleeps 2, with bedding provided. We feel we got what we paid for.

Amazing, fun and recomendable!

I thought the apartment was amazing for the money! It was all decorated up to date, bathroom was fine, I was a little worried about the beds and the facilities but the beds were really comfy and everything we needed came with it. We also got recommended a taxi company for a return to the airport and there was a folder with all information we needed which was very useful! I would definatly recommend this to family and friends!! Everyone was really friendly and you had everything on your door step!
it was a little bit far from the town as we didnt know where we were going, but it was a really nice walk when we eventually worked our way around and the trams are really easy to use. there was nothing really to fault! Also for the pull out bed we couldnt find any pillows there was only the little ones that was on the sofa for decor where as in the bedroom they had proper pillows but we werent too fussed.

Not as close to center as described, dissappointed with the size of the room for the price, we was under the impression we had a 2 bed appartment with a balcony when we booked but got a tiny 1 bed appartment with no balcony, so quite pricey for the size and location.

Very good location. Good apartment. We had an issue with the machinery in the kitchen. Service was not satisfying in this respect. We wanted to cook for the kids and it was not possible. Apart from that all was good but the high taxes in Amsterdam made this reservation a bit too overpriced in my mind. s

我预定时，注明了2个大人、2个小孩。但是入住的时候，房子空间紧张的还是让我震惊。必须把板凳、小茶几放- 在阳台上才能有活动的空间。 另外厕所和淋浴房共用的移门很不好移动，要用很大的力气。

No lights on staircase, very steep and windy so dangerous. Having to go through downstairs bedroom to bathroom which was difficult when other person was in bed. No lights in living area.

Las camas muy comodas y la cocina muy equipada. El apartamento es nuevo y todo esta limpio
El apartamento 3.1 muy pequeño para 4 personas. Impossible comer los 4 juntos en la barra-mesa. No habia espacio suficiente para colocar los 4 tamburetes. Pero lo peor era el baño que estaba situado dentro de la habitacion. Ducha i wc solo separado de la habitacion por un fino cristal y a tocar de la cama. No hay ningun tipo de intimidad y al utilizar el baño por la noche es imposible no despertar a quien esta durmiendo en la cama. Adjunto fotos del baño. Las fotos de booking no tienen nada que ver con lo que despues te encuentras. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que si llegas al apartamento partir de las 18 horas te cobran 25 € de recargo ( hecho que considero desproporcionado por un apartamento que por si ya tiene un precio elevado ). Nosotros llegamos a las 18:15 h. y por el cuarto de hora de retraso pagamos los 25 €.

Apartamento piccolo ma con tutte le comodità.....shampoo sapone lavastoviglie Detersivo ecc.... Letti comodi e posizione eccellente...eravamo a 5 min a piedi di un supermercato e della piazza dei musei.
Visto che ci sono tanti italiani sarebbe carino che parlassero un po di Italiano
