The adults-only Primecomfort California apartments are situated in the centre of Playa de las Américas, in a tranquil area and a short distance from the restaurants and services offered by this famous tourist centre. Studios are equipped for a maximum of 2 people and are for adults only. They include facilities such as a fresh water swimming pool and a sun terrace with hammocks. Snacks are served at the swimming pool bar. Ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a few days seeing the best of south Tenerife. Golf players have the Campo de Golf Las Américas course nearby.

Please note that some services and facilities in the hotel are at an additional cost. WiFi access is available for a cost of EUR 2,50 per 24 hours, when booked in advance. Lovely stay, clean, spacious and quiet. Would stop again without a doubt.

How it was central to both areas and sides to las Americas
How we had to pay for the hire of a fan due to no air con and that we had to pay for wifi also, there was no available free wifi say in just the reception area. But overall very pleasing!

tutto sommato piacevole , soggiornerei di nuovo da loro

abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, buffet molto vario ,ampia scelta. stanza al piano terra molto spaziosa,letto comodo, silenzioso e allo stesso tempo vicino al centro e con il bus 450 di fianco all'hotel si arriva diretti all'aeroporto sud.
presenza di blatte ,io in camera non le ho trovate ,ma fuori nei spazi comuni in tarda serata,ne ho vista qualcuna. In aeroporto (fuori) poi è un vero e proprio via vai, ma da quanto ho letto in altre recensioni ,questi insetti sono molto comuni nell'isola, forse è il clima che ne favorisce la proliferazione,considerando poi che le strade e i vialetti sono abbastanza puliti.Non è specificato che il servizio ristorazione è situato in altro hotel " il Coral " a circa 200 mt.

Camere molto spaziose e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla piscina, pulizia delle camere 5 volte alla settimana, staff molto gentile, posizione buona per visitare le varie spiagge.
La wi-fi a pagamento e non funziona come dovrebbe, ventilatore in camera(101) troppo rumoroso e non si possono fare lavori di ristrutturazione ad agosto.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona de la isla que tiene buen clima y cercano a la playa pero con un estilo muy orientado al turismo extranjero y no deja ver el encanto que tiene el resto de la isla.
Habia cucarachas en los apartamentos y el horario de la piscina estaba orientado a turismo extranjero, puesto que a las 20h ya no te podias bañar.

situation géographique super pratique, a pied, a 5 minutes de playa america et 10 minutes de los cristianos, hotel calme, chambre et terasse spacieuse.
le parking est pratique, mais pour l ouverture de la grille il faut descendre de la voiture pour sonner pour entrer ou sortir.

Nice hotel with large, well equipped rooms. The balcony were large and with nice view over the swimmingpool. The pool area was very clean and the garden nice.
Changing of towels should be done every day or at least every other day (we got clean towels on Monday and next towels on Thursday). The staff overall was really friendly but the bar-staff could improve their attitude. It was almost as you were disturbing their holiday when you asked for bar-service.

Świetna lokalizacja, pżesympatyczny personel, który nigdy nie miał z niczym problemu. Hotel dla doroslych to świetny wybór dla kogos kto nie ma dzieci i jedzie ze swoja drógą polówką wypocząc. Ja ze swoją narzeczoną dostalismy to czego żesmy oczekiwali i jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni. Napewno jesli sie bede wybierał na Teneryfe to wlasnie w to miejsce. Hotel jest tak ustawiony że wuchodządz i kierując sie czy w lewo czy w prawo to mamy spacerkiem 5 min na plaże a do okola pełno restauracji i sklepów. Osobiscie polecam pietro 5 lub 6 fajne widoczki na miasto i ocean :) Of course, a big thank you to the staff for help in arranging a surprise for my fiancee!!!! You are the best ;)

Stayed there 3 times now and each time has been great this last time our fridge stopped working but within an hour they supplied us with another one great service and friendly staff
Only one thing was fresh towels they were only replaced once in the week we were there

nessuno parlava o capiva l'italiano il bar aveva solo caffe' americano wfi costosissimo e non 2,50 al giorno ma 5/6 euro

Staff were friendly but not willing to help sort issues. WIfI expensive as local bars provide this free. Checkout time is midday which is great as some expect you out by 10am. Towels changed 5 times a week-can it be made clear which fats this doesn't happen?
Small pool and residents played ball games and lounged on lilos in spite of small size. Workmen operating from 8.15am, banging and shouting. Cockroaches in cupboards. Noisy residents above and next to us, coming in at 4am shouting in Spanish. Faulty door was not fixed in spite of requests.

This hotel was very relaxing, adults only so no rush for sunbeds in the early morning. The rooms were very clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent, right in the centre of things, within walking distance of the Safari Centre and the Veronica Strip, we only got one taxi for the 10 days that we were there. Overall good value for money and would definitely return but not to ground floor apartment.
No Aircon so could not sleep at night time and because we were on ground floor could not leave the balcony door ajar. Wifi was €5.00 per day per phone (very expensive) Food selection could have been better but we ate out all the time so it didn't really affect us

Buona posizione per Las Americas (meno per Los Cristianos), staff cordiale e buon comfort camera.
Un paio di giorni non sono passati a pulire la camera ma soprattutto WiFi a pagamento (2,5 euro al giorno nelle zone comuni..) ormai inaccettabile.
