L'équipement dans la salle de bain est un peu limité, pas de place pour poser ses affaires et pas assez de serviettes ( nous en avons demandé davantage mais on nous les enlevait le matin durant le ménage) . Qualité du wifi médiocre,c 'est embetant quand on doit travailler sur place...

Wifi signal is slow and get lost many times.

hôtel sale, chambre trop petite, literie sale, drap trop petit, douche qui fuit, vue de la chambre sur un mur sale, ne devrait pas être sur votre site, vraiment déçu!!!!

Hotel and room was dirty. I mentioned to recepiionist that room could be cleaned better after first night. There was mud (?) in the bedroom floor, part of a strawberry on the bathroom floor and the toilet brush was 'dirty'. These things were still there after 4 nights which means that the floor was never cleaned. Also there was rubbish in the corridor for days and the carpets were filthy. I was going to mention this on leaving but the receptionist was with someone and I was unsure if it was a customer or staff and I didn't want to make a scene. I would appreciate some compensation as it spoilt my trip. Regards.

Номер был действительно маленьким, если открыть дверь в сан узел, то дверь до конца не открывается, она упирается в кровать. В номере холодно, отопления нет. На завтраках не было ничего горячего, кроме кофе/чая. Окно номера выходило на стену соседнего дома, поэтому было полное ощущение его отсутствия. Как буд-то жили в спичечном коробке)

Rooms were small but they were modern and clean.

The rooms were very uncomfortable and unclean. When we asked for extra pillows we were ignored. Great location but not worth the money

Se mando una mail alla struttura significa che gradisco delle risposte. Come sono arrivato il receptionist mi dice di aver letto la mia mail ma di non avermi risposto per un motivo ignoto. Spiega tale motivo facendo un parallelismo assolutamente insensato con il volare in aereo. L'hotel è molto rumoroso. Le camere minuscole.

Meu quarto era lateral mas mesmo assim com Muito barulho, tanto da rua como dos outros quartos. Café da manhã por 8 euros mas não vale a pena. Dificil acesso ao quarto ( escada sem elevador). Dependendo do tamanho da sua mala fica dificil.

Bed had a mattress which tended to move. I am a restless sleeper and was in danger of the mattress slipping off the bed with me on it at times.

Room was dirty. Both the room and towels did not seem very clean. One towel was also with a hole in the middle, it seemed an old towel. Wifi was poor in the room.

Le petit déjeuner et l'eau qui fuyait sous la douche, la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres surtout le week-end. Personnel un peu distant.
