This 5-star hotel is located a 10-minute drive from the Dutch Parliament. Crowne Plaza Den Haag offers free Wi-Fi, a spa and wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. das Zimmer im Neubau mit zweiseitiger Fensterfront war ein echter Hingucker. Ebenso ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Kostenfrei nutzbarer Pool im Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend.

Nettes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Das Zimmer war schon um 9 Uhr morgens bezugsfertig, das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer, insgesamt schön & gemütlich eingerichtet und groß. Lage ist fußläufig zum Strand und Tram fährt direkt vor dem Hotel in die Innenstadt.
Der Aufpreis für den Parkplatz mit ca 17 Euro pro Tag ist nicht ganz billig, der AUfpreis für den Hund mit 17 Euro für die Reinigung ist auch sehr hoch. Leider wurde unser Zimmer an einem von 3 Tagen nicht gesäubert, was in dieser Sternekategorie ein No Go ist, bei unserer Beschwerde wurde gesagt, dass das natürlich nicht geht, allerdings gab es weder einen Entschuldigungskaffee noch sonst irgendwas. Leider hatte das Housekeeping auch keine Badeschläppchen für uns im Zimmer hinterlegt, sodass wir mit unseren Straßenschuhen zum Pool laufen mussten. Bei 5 Sternen und einem Namen wie dem Crown Plaza und vor allem für diesen Preis erwartet man einen erstklassigen Service, der hier leider nicht gegeben war.

Het zwembad en de sauna.
5 dagen lang heb ik geprobeerd een massage te regelen zonder succes. Tijdens het diner zaten wij rondom niet afgeruimde tafels. Het hoofdgerecht werd pas na 1,5 uur gebracht, we hadden gezelschap van een muis en de prijs van 109€ (2 personen) voor een voorgerecht van sla met geitenkaas, het hoofdgerecht van couscous met een paar stukjes kip en een gewoon flesje wijn was onevenredig hoog. Aan de haven voor hetzelfde geld (107€) vissoep, oesters, verse tonijnsalade en mosselen gegeten. Prosecco vooraf, wijn tijdens het eten en koffie na. Deze vergelijking maakte de avond ervoor zeer teleurstellend.

schönes Hotel nur leider keine 5 Sterne Bewertung

-nettes Personal -schönes Ambiente -nahe Anbindung zur Tram -Dusche und Wanne im Bad
Unter 5 Sternen kann man sich schon mehr comfort erhoffen. -größeren Spa-Bereich und vor allem zusätzliche Liegen um sich auch entspannen zu können -das Zimmer war auch etwas sehr klein. Ohne Garderobe ! -das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Minimale Auswahl und das bei 5 Sternen -Hausschuhe waren nicht vorhanden und waren nirgends im Hotel zu bekommen. So musste mit den eigenen Schuhen in den Spa-Bereich gegangen werden. -die Matratzen sind ständig zur Seite gerutscht ,sodass eine Lücke zwischen beiden Matratzen entstand -der plötzliche Besuch eines Polizisten im Zimmer war auch unter aller Sau. Irgendwo im Hotel wurde jemand gesucht und an mehreren Türen wurde geklopft. Das kann es ja nun leider auch nicht sein. - das Restaurant im Hause hatte keine einladende Auswahl

The bed is too soft to sleep, what a pity to my lumbar vertebrae. In the end of check out, two exceptional breakfasts were counted to my bill, but it is returned within a short time.

Sehr komfortables Hotelzimmer mit einer wohnlichen atmosphäre. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben auf unser Zimmer sogar ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen.
Leider hatte zurrst das WLan nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück bietet recht viel. Könnte an manchen Stellen aber noch etwas reichaltiger sein.

After 12 pm it was not possible to have a drink. We asked for a glass of water in the reception or in the bar and we couldn't get it. they were closing the bar. In the room there was a mini bar (there was an empty fridge!)

Das Bett war himmlisch. Das Zimmer sehr behaglich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Tramstation vor dem Haus. Schnell downtown anderseits genauso schnell in Scheveningen am Strand.
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit für ein kleines Frühstück. Man kann nur das überteuerte Frühstücksbuffet haben. Zum Glück ist man schnell in der Stadt

De uitstraling van het hotel, en de perfecte ligging. Daarnaast ook de service van het personeel uitstekend.
Housekeeping. Tijdens het verblijf van 3 nachten geen enkele keer housekeeping in de kamer geweest, en ten slotte zelf om schone handdoeken moeten vragen.
