Price was good. Room had flat screen TV.
Floors were dirty. Small frig made a lot of noise. Noticable drywall repairs. Church bell near by rings every hour.

The room was only cleaned twice in my 6 day stay. No coffee for the coffee maker but for my first day and then the last. Dirty rooms as it seems to be the way here in Mesa.

Not only was this hotel discusting but we found used drug stuff in our room. There was tissue or toilet paper stuck on the wall. And a 3" cockroach climbing up the wall next to my head. Cigarette butts in the corner behind the door. The people in the room next to us were fighting at 1:30 in the morning. My husband talked to the manager and she didn't seem to care in the slightest she would not give us our money back and she offered us a free room. Ya right like we would ever stay there again. Do not go here and stay.

Another Patel Hotel. The mattress was made in the 1960's, I believe. The microwave was manufactured in November of 1983 according to the back panel of the device. Very retro! The television was fairly new, a decent sized flat screen, but the cable doesn't have a guide. When the cable doesn't have a guide button, I don't know what's on and what's coming on next. It negatively impacts my enjoyment of the room. I think Day's Inn should remove this particular hotel from their franchise. This is not a Day's Inn hotel. It's pretty scummy, and there is no shopping in the immediate area, so I hope you remembered to bring everything you need! I feel like its a bad area of town, too. Be aware of your surroundings and lock your door! I think I would feel safer if they put more into their property. They need new beds as soon as possible. And it wouldn't hurt for them to properly bolt in the headboard so that when your neighbors next door have sex, you don't have to listen to 7 minutes of it pounding against your wall. It's the little things like guide buttons, and anchored headboards that make all the difference between a good stay and a shitty one. Day's Inn, your franchisees are trashing your good name with this location. If possible, you should relieve them of their contract with you.

The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The towels were no bigger than postage stamps so take your own. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, don't expect anything but carbs! no fruit or yoghurt on offer and the cereal was the cheapest possible and tastes like cardboard, don't drink the coffee. The pool was clean but very small. Overall a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

I've been on a road trip the past 2 wks & Days Inn rates at the bottom of my list in terms of cleanliness & overall satisfaction. Front office was very nice & accommodating when I requested to change rooms because the first one had obviously not been cleaned. Second room was better but still have doubts in housekeeping' ability to do their job. Overpriced or suspiciously priced, at $75 for the night. I later called back (feeling I had been ripped off) & was quoted only $52 for the same room!!! Honestly more satisfied with Motel 6 than Days Inn after this experience! Pictures in ads online are very deceiving.

This place is a total dump--not even worthy of one star rating. I am from Phx and only stayed here one night to avoid traffic to the Renaissance Festival--never again, I will sit in traffic 2+hrs next time or pay $150 for a real hotel. The bathroom fan/light had no cover and was completely exposed. The bathroom had no hairdryer so I had to borrow from next door. There were brown stains and former occupants hair in the shower--I would not allow my kids to bathe here. The access hold to the shower was taped shut with packaging tape which didn't stick so I had to sleep 1.5 feet from a hold in a wall with exposed pipes and a latex glove stuffed in it. Pool and hot tub are empty--don't plan on using either even if full. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have photos but the website isn't allowing me to post.

Clean and accommodating. Quiet, nice TV, clean, comfortable beds, nice furnishings. The pool and hot tub weren't very inviting. The neighbors were a bit noisy and suspect, but I can't control that. I felt safe and secure, and free wi-fi was fast and easy. Not the Hilton, but a good value.

Not a good experience at all. Filthy bathroom. I had to ask to have it cleaned. The towels might dry a fott, but not a full body person. Really disappointing to me that Days Inn would even associate this place with their name.
