Lit grande taille, accueil impeccable et chaleureux Le service parking plus voiturier, on laisse sa voiture et on la récupère pour repartir sans s'embêter Brassserie sympa à défaut d'avoir pu essayer le restaurant ( pour le Resto penser à réserver à l'avance). Disposition centrale de l'hôtel idéale, on peut visiter à pied sans problème.
Vérifier votre note au départ, on nous avait facturé des consommations mini bar plus un adaptateur électrique à tort!!

ich habe beim buchen extra angewählt dass das frühstück im preis inklusive ist. respektive habe ich einen aufpreis gezahlt. beim hotel war das frühstück aber kostenpflichtig trotz zusatz buchung. somit habe ich umsonst einen aufpreis bezahlt. in zukunft werde ich nicht mehr über diese seite buchen.

Staff switched off the cards to access the room while we were at SPA, despite that it was agreed about late check in. Breakfast was included into price, but the screenshot from booking.com was not sufficient to prove that, so the hotel charged additional 62EUR for breakfast. Also this Greedy hotel reserved the deposit, which will be one day returned to the card, fingers crossed. They promised that the cigar smoking room will be opened 24 hours, but at 02:00 it was closed and no one could help to open it :(

Слабо клиентоориентированный отель. Например внутри отеля ресторан в который невозможно попасть, так как он работает с 17:00 и он на постоянном резерве... В лобби только снэки... далее прошёл в ресторан с "мишленовскими звёздами ", зал пустой, мне предлагают столик в середине зала с видом на стену??? Спрашиваю другой стол... объясняю, что готов с ограничением по времени... Во сколько у вас резерв???? Все у персонала просто провал в сознании... за 4 дня минибар меняли один раз? Всю еду заказывал в номер.... В принципе все вкусно, я без претензий.... Но в целом общее управление отелем оставляет желать лучшего.... За 485 евро в сутки без завтрака, можно немного напрячься....

Deze fouten hebben we al eerder meegemaakt. Het hotel doet er goed aan als ze zelf gasten stuurt en

Dat wij maar een nacht geboekt hadden
1. kamer voor veel geld werd bij inchecken als een SUPERIOR kamer aangeduid alsof je een upgrade kreeg. De kamer is echter klein en heeft niet eens een bad. 2. Wij wilden graag binnen lunchen maar wij werden met zachte doch strenge hand naar buiten gebracht waar wij vervolgens hebben zitten vernikkelen bij de fijne lunch. 3. bij aankomst kregen wij een kaartje waarop stond dat de Freddy's iedere dag van 15.00 tot 01.00 open was. Ik maak afspraak met klant voor 17.30. Bij aankomst om 17.15 was de bar niet open en zou pas om 18.00 open gaan. Dit kan echt niet! 4. bij het ontbijt een een omelet met toast besteld. De omelet komt maar de toast 10 minuten later.

Очень удобное месторасположение. Прекрасный просторный номер, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал.
После выезда и оплаты всех расходов, не проверив и без моей подписи в чеке ,сняли с карты сумму за два завтрака, хотя фактически посетили один. Успели вернуться и обещали один вернуть на карту. Ждем.
