This establishment is located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, at 1250 metres altitude and with spectacular views of the monumental Granada. Para ser sinceros, un sitio encantador, con un personal encantador, un entorno perfecto, ideal para relajarse en pareja, unas vistas perfectas, todo verdaderamente cuidado al detalle...no hay nada por lo que no recomendaría alojarse en el Balcón de las Nieves, un hotel de 10.

Very easy access to Granada.

A great location , with fabulous views. Very easy access to Granada.
If you are going to have dogs in the hotel and use them as a marketing tool to promote a 'family' hotel then they need more attention as finding piles of dog muck in the corridors in front of doors to bedrooms is not acceptable.The place looks a little tired and is in need of some serious TLC both inside and out.

Расположение отеля позволяет сочетать активный и культурный туризм. Пешеходные маршруты по Сьерра-Неваде начинаются практически от входной двери отеля. До Альгамбры на машине 10-15 минут. До моря 45.В La Zubia отличные рестораны,столик на ужин лучше бронировать.Приятная атмосфера, красивые виды и веселые собаки. Апельсиновый фреш и домашний йогурт на завтрак.
Высокая слышимость между номерами. Из горячего на завтрак только кофе и молоко, большинство блюд-покупные сладости. Бассейн в тени,так что если ехать осенью или весной,то пользоваться им не возможно.

A cosy hotel of good standard situated in a very beautiful hill.

The room was big enough and cosy . The balcony ( meant for the use to everybody )and the scenery from the balcony was marvellous. The breakfast was plenty and the cakes and the coffee was good.
The restaurants were far away from the hotel. The food and the service of the restaurant nearby was not so good.

Very Cosy, feels like home. The location is amazing, right in Sierra Nevada, makes you see the other beautiful part of Granada. Good Breakfast Lovely dogs Amazing view from the balcony Very antique rooms, I loved it!! We actually had problems with our car rental and we reached the hotel 1.5 hrs later, and the receptionist kept waiting for us even though her shift was over.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr schöne Aussicht über Granada, gute Lage für Ausflüge (Sierra Nevada / Granada), exquisite und doch preiswerte Auswahl an der Bar, moderne Einrichtung (vor allem die Zimmer)
Pool und vor allem Zimmer ziemlich klein, ohne Auto schwer zu erreichen

Super Aussicht auf Granada. Gastfreundlich. Unkompliziert, ruhig, familiär. Schöne Umgebung für Spaziergänge, Biking.
Für längeren Aufenthalt zu sehr abgelegen. Familienzimmer riecht nach Teer bei behandelten Holzbalken an der Decke.

Beautifull rooms, most with spectacular views (we were late with booking and did not have the best view), fantastic breakfast, with lots of home made goodies (and not only the usual suspects), very friendly staff/owners, cosy though professional... would go there again and would recomend it to everyone!

Het concept van 'thuis' voelen. Huiselijke sfeer, alle stijlen doorheen maar dit maken het concept compleet.
Kleinigheden zoals thuis, dus niets om aan te ergeren. Bv. douchekop werkte, badkraan niet.

Vue extraordinaire. Personnel très accueillant y compris Hugo et Duna. Idéal pour visiter Grenade sans les inconvénients de la ville et pour randonner dans la Sierra Nevada.
Les repas proposés le soir sont un peu chers pour leur contenu.

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed og fabelagtig udsigt over Granada. Komfort og morgenmad var fin og der findes andre restauranter i området.
Der var akut mangel på varmt vand om morgenen.

Schönes, gemütliches Landhotel ideal für Wanderer und Naturliebhaber

Die Lage ist sehr schön mit Blick über Granada, der Pinienwald um den kleinen Ort ist fabelhaft! Das Zimmer (superior) war gerade ausreichend groß, da unter der Dachschräge, und das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück (continental) war das eigentliche Highlight des Hotels - auf der Terasse um den Pool mit Blick auf das taufrische Granada. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt: frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Vollkornbrot, Baguette, Gebäck, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, hausgemachten Yoghurt, Eier...
In Cumbres Verdes direkt keine Gelegenheit etwas zu Essen 1 Restaurant hatte geschlossen), im Hotel muss man ein Abendessen mind. 3h vorher bestellen. Im nahegelegenen La Zubia ist die Auswahl ebenfalls recht beschränkt. Man ist also auf jeden Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Warmwasserversorgung im Haus war etwas schwierig, bei vielen gleichzeitigen Morgenduschen wurde das Wasser knapp bzw. versiegte gänzlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, für länger hätte es sicher genervt.

Un hotel con encanto

Las habitaciones acogedoras y con encanto como el resto del hotel. Bien ubicado en un area tranquila y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectar. El desayuno tipo buffet compuesto en su mayoria por productos caseros era fantastico.
