About Elba Costa Ballena Beach & Thalasso Resort

This Mediterranean-style property is located on the edge of Costa Ballena Golf Course, 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. It offers an outdoor pool, spa and rooms with a private balcony. All rooms at the Elba Costa Ballena Beach & Thalasso Resort are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The Elba’s thalassotherapy centre has a thermal circuit and a sauna, as well as cabins offering treatments using sea water and algae. These services carry a surcharge. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde teilweise nicht aufgefüllt, einmal war kein Brot mehr da. Lange Wege über Flure

Reservé la habitación para regalársela a mi hija ( como he hecho en otras ocasiones) y el hotel puso objeciones a esto. Cosa que no entiendo pues ya estaba pagada la habitación y llamé para informar que era una regalo.

An okay place to stay

Clean room and tidied everyday.
Snacks were said to be available until 21.30h, but when we asked we were told they weren't available by bar staff. I think that is pretty poor and we were left with no choice but to eat in the restaurant at 24 euro a head when we only needed a snack. Very poor.

Prima lokatie, vlak aan zee. Ruime, schone kamer met prima bedden. Ook een mooi groot zwembad met genoeg stoelen om te zonnen. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, erg goed verzorgd eten.
Misschien wat weinig openbare parkeerplaatsen. Maar je kunt ook tegen betaling in de kelder parkeren.

Hotel de calidad con algún fallo.

Habitación amplia, limpia, moderna, muy acogedora y bonita, con vistas a la piscina. Cercanía a la Playa, llegas en 5 minutos andando y el primer Hotel que veo que se respeta y cumple la prohibición de reservar hamacas con la toalla. Facilidad para cambiar la media pensión y elegir comida o cena. La piscina es pequeña, pero al tener próxima la playa, nunca la hemos encontrado saturada. Personal del comedor y animador Argentino muy amables.
WIFI imposible de usar, a mi habitación, situada en una zona céntrica, solo llegaba una rayita o ninguna, me quejé tres veces y se limitan a decir que avisaran a la empresa que lo lleva, y no es por la cantidad de clientes usándolo, incluso con el Hotel a media capacidad no había manera. Esperaba MUCHO más de la animación infantil, solo se libra el animador argentino que es encantador, en el resto no se aprecia un especial interés por los niños. Mi hijo casi se abre la cabeza con el suelo resbaladizo de la zona de la piscina, menos mal que no tuvo conmoción. El día anterior se cayó una niña de cara y otro una monitora de espaldas, pero después de tantas quejas de clientes, no parece que la Dirección tenga interés en aplicar algún producto antideslizante. El desayuno muy repetitivo y con la bollería pésima. La comida bien cocinada y rica, poca variedad en general, el Personal muy amable y servicial. El Parking interior a 15 euros, muy caro y el exterior a 10, no tiene ninguna sombra y esta en una explanada fuera del Hotel, por ese precio podrían poner unas viseras para los vehículos.
