A limpeza e a qualidade do quarto. Não faltava nada.A localização do Hotel extremamente central. Perto de tudo o que havia para ver sem necessidade de retirar o carro do lugar de estacionamento. Disfrutem tudo a pé. Só assim vale a pena.

La ubicació es ideal. Justo al lado de la entrada al casco histórico de Lugo. Es un hotel bastante nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas. Muy amable el personal que nos informó de todo.
Baño y parte del mobiliario un poco viejo. Desayuno muy caro. Mejor vete por el centro de Lugo y podrás desayunar de maravilla por 1.5€

No me gustó la habitación en relación al precio por lo menos en la que yo estuve, las ventanas sentía agobio xk sólo abre en batiente, señal WiFi mala. No muy contenta pero la verdad que la ubicación es excelente. Si vuelvo, tendría que pedir una habitación grande o no se porque no sali muy contenta la verdad para el precio que es. Pero el precio fue más que excelente y muy amables

En general, todo muy bien. Da la impresión de que el hotel ha sido renovado recientemente. Me pareció una buena idea la opción de desayuno continental a 3 euros, con lo básico. Es una opción que no suele haber en muchos hoteles.
El mecanismo de las ventanas de la habitación estaba un poco duro. Nos costó cerrarlas.

La ubicación, la habitación triple que era grande y muy luminosa con dos paredes completamente acristaladas, la amabilidad del personal.
Se estropeó el agua caliente cuando me iba a duchar, al comentarlo después en recepción, me aseguraron que ya lo estaban arreglando.

Da simpatia da funcionária da recepção.
Um dos quartos era no sótão, não tinha janelas e o tecto era muito baixo e em declive. O pequeno almoço era um sumo artificial, uma fatia de pão com manteiga e um café com leite...
