Misses the biscuits/gravy .. Staff was cleaning well before breakfast ended & didn't refill breakfast items completely out .. I arrived 10 minutes prior to the end of breakfast but still should have been something left besides pastries & waffles ..

I was disappointed. I travel for work and often choose Marriot hotels because typically they are superior to their counterparts (la Quinta, Comfort Suites etc..) . This was NOT the case. Hotel staff were nice, but the rooms were of poor quality, bed had only a thin coverlet as a blanket, no décor whatsoever, and no bathtub, just a shower..I might as well stay at a SUPER 8. When I asked about their hot tub at the front desk, I was told it was outside, I asked if it was still warm and the clerk said she didn't know. I went to look, the hot tub had caution tape all around it and trash floating in it. Obviously it was closed for the winter season, was not the staff informed?

All in all it was a great stay. Booking.com had a great deal at the last minute could not resist this deal.
The check in process took sometime. The staff was preoccupied in another room and I had to wait 10 min. before even seeing the front desk clerk. I actually had to call the pone in order for them to return to the front desk

Mobile check in was easy to let them know we would arrive late. Cassidi was working the front desk, and she was fantastic. We had an odor sensitivity,and she immediately responded and delivered is new keys for the new room. She was extremely hospitable and sincere to our family, showing and explaining each amenity, including a list of discounted restaurants in the area. Thanks Cassidi!

I had a HORRIBLE stay. when I called to make a reservation I requested a late check out for 1pm (normal check out was at 12) for my anniversary. the lady told me it would be fine. We were going to be a late check in due to the long drive to get to Hobbs. Housekeeping started knocking on door at 8am and came into our room 3 times within the hour until I finally called front desk and told him about our situation. We finally went back to sleep then the fire alarm goes off, we called front desk and they quickly turned it off. by this time its 10am and we couldn't go back to sleep so we ended up starting our anniversary morning crappy. we checked out by 11am. We addressed these problems to the young lady at the front desk and all she said was "well that's how it is" We definitely will not be staying here again. We were very disappointed and tired when we left.

I've been trying to call this damn hotel for nearly 12 hours to try and check-in before they charge me a no show fee, and remove my reservation. Three different sources showing the same phone number, and no one will pick up. So frustrating.

Stayed one day, but only have one complaint..didn't have fresh towels in the bathroom. Of course, that was settled after we received new towels from the front desk. Other than that it was a great stay, restroom, and room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Great Hot Breakfast !Will stay there again!
