Near campus & paths!!

The breakfast & nice lady helping everyone at the breakfast!! The kind young lady at the desk was super helpful with restaurant recommendations. I think her name was Katrina?

I would certainly consider staying there again if the need arose.

The room we were assigned was a little noisy as it was right next to the elevator and on a corridor intersection. However they did provide a fan for some white noise to mask the other noises.

I would definitely stay here again if I'm in spokane

Food tasted good, not hot enough
The bedding was too short, another blanket would be nice.

Our stay was lovely. Impressed with the lively colors and cleanliness. Love this hotel. Will book again if ever we come to spokane again.

OK to stay

Convenient for our purpose, good rate.
Very difficult to get to when traveling south on Division in Spokane. Pool facilities small but clean.

Excellent breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Limited number of channels on free tv. Streamed movies were very expensive.

Good for 1 night stopover. Large clean room with large bathroom. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. Fresh fruit & yoghurt good. Scrambled eggs, bacon & variety of breads reasonable. Value for money.
Plastic bowls, plates & utensils used for breakfast very flimsy. Avoid the coffee.

Bed like a rock

We did like the breakfast and friendliness of the Staff. They made sure we were happy and gave us a bag of goodies because we had an awful time booking the hotel. Also really liked the pool and hot tub.
Our bed we slept on was like sleeping on a rock. It was even a King size bed. My husband has a bad back and was in pain all weekend. There was also no plunger in the bathroom and when we first walked into our room, the light bulb was burnt out. One more thing: the carpet in front of the mini fridge was a bit damp so the fridge probably leaked plus it took a full 24 hrs for the mini fridge to even get cold enough to refrigerate our stuff. Had to throw away a few things because of it.

Chlorine in the pool was so excessive that we couldn't even stay in.

Our stay was a good one. I barely heard my neighbors and the beds were super comfortable!

The hotel was 'almost' centrally located, but not so far that we couldn't walk to restaurants, shops and such. The breakfast staff (Terry & Christy) were amazing! They were attentive, courteous and went the extra mile to help my son get his waffle just right!
The front desk staff were pleasant, but not smilingly so. They were efficient though. The TV channels were horrible and the fact that almost everything decent cost money, was kind of pathetic.

Be sure to check your bill before you check out.Was charged two extra days for smoking.Never smoked in the room.It is a scam to increase revenue.

Great hotel, very clean well kept rooms and (for the most part) friendly staff. The breakfast is standard hotel fare, but presented in an especially clean and neat way. The facilities are not high-end, but they are comfortable and pleasant. The staff was always willing to be friendly and help, with the exception of a single front-desk night attendant, who seemed to thing customers were an inconvenience. His attitude was the only negative mark on an otherwise exceptional experience.

Couldn't find a quick place and ended up finding this hotel, thank goodness! It's clean, and actually shiny. Having renovated recently, it's quite a nice place to stay. Was only able to stay one night, but wish we could have stayed for longer. The pool is a nice size, and the gym is also. Stayed in a 2 queen-bed bedroom, and enjoyed the sleep. The bathroom was very clean and looked a lot like a showhome bathroom would. Huge rooms, so there is no feel of being claustrophobic :) Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Having been on the road for 21 days, I wish we would have been able to stay in such a nice place the whole time. My only concern is the price, but it's decent for a place this nice.

So incredibly disapointed. I never write reviews, but after experiencing such unfriendly, rude and non- helpful staff....I had to. I wasn't even able to stay here cause I ended up walking out, but still was charged $174 for the night I didn't stay there. Even after she re-assured me that she canceled the transaction. I called to let them know and that I want to be refunded and the guy was rude in his response and said he would call me back after he looked into it. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

Rooms are clean, quiet and well maintained. The breakfast was good but not extraordinary. The staff is polite and friendly. Close to downtown, Gonzaga University and the Spokane Convention Center.

Not the newest hotel but adequate and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and mostly quiet. The only problem I had was the night before graduation at Gonzaga, the kids were noisy. I tried the Doubletree and Oxford Suites. They are fancier but noisier, much more expensive. I'm here for a few weeks and will finish my stay here.
