About Fashion House

Fashion House is within 10 minutes' walk of Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Urquinaona Metro Station. This former Eixample fashion house has an open-air terrace. Rooms at the Fashion House feature high ceilings and traditional décor. All come with air conditioning and heating. The studios have a private bathroom, and bedrooms share a bathroom with just one other room. Other facilities at Fashion House include a communal living room and a large terrace, where breakfast is served. The hotel is situated close to many restaurants, bars and cafés. Die Lage ist super gut, das Frühstück für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal außerordentlich nett. Unser Zimmer war etwas laut, da es genau an der Veranda und dem Gemeinschaftsbereich lag, ausschlafen wäre nicht gewesen. Hat uns nicht so gestört, da wir eh immer früh wach waren. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Staff extremely helpful. Lots of choice for food at breakfast. Great location, lovely architectural building and rooms.
Toilet smelt of wee. Yes they had a cleaner tablet inside the loo but I feel the actual toilet wasn't cleaned properly and often. Coffee was cold because it was in a flask that wasn't keeping it warm. Need filter coffee machine in breakfast area to have it freash and hot!

Staff were excellent and friendly and the location was ideal being almost outside an underground station and easy walking distance of the airport bus stop (Place de Catalonia).
The bathrooms were shared two between five rooms, not four, and were toilet and shower combined but fortunately I didn't have to wait to get in anytime. It seemed a bit hostel-like in facilities and cleanliness and for the cost didn't seem value for money but then it's an expensive city and it is right in the middle. Breakfast option only started from 09:00 which was too late for me but there are two supermarkets very close.

Bett sehr bequem. Sehr gut geschlafen. Hohe Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.
Terrasse und Gemeinschaftsraum könnte anprechender und passender zum üblichen Haus eingerichtet sein. Buddha und griechische Statue machen sich nicht gut in Räumen mit Stuck. ;-)

ドライヤーがないです。 朝ごはんはあまり美味しくありません。朝から近所のカフェは何軒か開いているのでそちらの方がオススメです- 。 ホテルの鍵がなかなか開かなかった。

La terrasse est vraiment paisible et agréable.Le balcon est un atout. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter Barcelone.
A part le petit déjeuner il n y a pas de restauration. Il y a uniquement une machine à café et à sodas.

Vyborna poloha, metro doslova par krokov od ubytovania, kusok od Barri Gotic, v blizkosti su kaviarne, restauracie aj potraviny. Velmi prijemne ubytovanie, urcite doporucujem.
mozno by bolo fajn trochu zvyraznit oznacenie na vonkajsom vstupe.

Really good location. Staff are so friendly and happy to help. Rooms comfortable and clean: exactly what you need for a long weekend in a great city.
No toilets in rooms (had to go down the corridor) but that wasn't really an issue for us.

Очень удачное расположение, в центре от всех достопримечательностей. Приятный персонал. Все соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Хороший сигнал Wifi. Есть комната хранения багажа. В целом, уютно и тихо. В соседнем доме большой супермаркет Mercadona с адекватными ценами на продукты, но по выходным не работает.
Нет ни микроволновки, ни чайника. Террасу закрывают на ночь.

Right on the corner was a metrostation for 2 lines. And on the same corner a very nice café.
There was noises from the street at night. It was big trucks that emtied the trash containers...

Pleasant little hotel

It's near the major sights and just a few steps from the nearest metro stop. Friendly welcome by the staff. You get your keys, so you can come and go whenever you wish to.
We had one of the apartments. It looks on a backyard which is shared by other buildings. The bathroom looks on it too, so you should draw all the curtains for your privacy when doing your activities there. In a hot summer night it seems you can only sleep with the windows closed and the air-conditioner on as the room won't cool down.

The lights in the shared bathroom and the shower were on timers that went out too quickly. The aircon took a long while to cool the room (in August)
