Trattamento inadeguato ad un Hotel 4 stelle, pessima qualità di cibo, piatti sporchi servizio ristorante gestito male, wi-fi gratuito lentissimo e solo per mezz'ora nella hall, altrimenti a pagamento.

Wifi is rubbish! You only get 30 min free wifi every 24 hours but ONLY in the one lobby, with 20 other people trying to use the slow and weak wifi. Or you can pay 6€ a day, or 15€ for three days or 20€ a week. And that's only in your room for ONE device!!! And only a little bit stronger then The free wifi.We decided to call our phone network (3 network) and paid £20 for 12.2GB for 30 days and get calls and texts too and you can use that anywhere in Menorca and use the remaining back in England. So check your phone provider first and see what options you have for roaming.Fridge is weak, wasn't cold enough at all. There wasn't any music channels on tv. We booked for half board because we thought we'll be out during the day so no need for lunch in the hotel. Half board is breakfast and dinner only. You get drinks in the morning for breakfast but NOT for dinner. Which you'd have to buy. A bottle of 500ml water is nearly 2€ a small bottle of 250ml Fanta is about 1.2€, so we just went out to buy a 5litre bottle of water which costed us 1.30€ or a 1.5 litre is 60 centsWe put the do not disturb sign on the door but a guy still knocked and entered saying he had to change something in the bathroom. SERIOUSLY!? we were a group of girls getting changed and one still in bed. we told him to come back later when we would let him in once we were decent (and our valuables locked away just in case).Apart from Christina, the staff wasn't very helpful. Before we arrived, we emailed the hotel about travel/ transport to and from the hotel, didn't receive an answer so we had to call from abroad and they said get a taxi outside, they wouldn't help arrange transport (fair enough we'll just queue for a taxi if that's not how it's done there). The day before leaving we asked if it was possible to arrange for a taxi to the airport once we checked out, the staff said no problem.

Séjour d'une semaine en all inclusive... sachez que le all inclusive n'est pas si inclusive que ça !!! Vous n'avez le choix qu'entre 3 ou 4 cocktails (faits machine, of course), le reste est payant. Rien n'est fait "maison", tout est en machine (la sangria est dégueu, la Pina Colada passe encore mais sur 7 jours ils n'en avaient que 2 jours) ! Le snack inclus dans le all inclusive ? Totalement absent !!!! Pour ce qui est du buffet, on n'en pouvait plus de manger tous les jours la même chose ! Tout était fait à partir de boîtes ou de congelé, rien n'était frais ! Concernant la literie : pffffff ! De vieux matelas à ressorts qui nous ont donné un mal de dos pas possible, le lit adulte est en fait 2 lits une place (super pour les amoureux !). :-( Bref, plus jamais je ne mettrai les pieds dans cet hôtel !
