O café da manhã é excelente. As acomodações são amplas e confortáveis. Profissionais preparados, prestativos e educados.
O quarto, apesar de confortável, apresentava pequenas falhas de manutenção como rodapés soltos. Funcionários em quantidade insuficiente para atendimento rápido no bar e no café.

Esqueci deixei uma bolsa que danificou na viagem , de propósito noquarto, no dia seguinte , percebi que tinha deixado os carregadores decelular e tablets na mesma, além de brinquedos daminhas filhas, procureio hotel, que ficou alegando que nenhuma bolsa foi encontrada, depois de5 insistentes dias , e após eu dizer a chefia da limpeza que camareiraera mentitosa que não havia encontrado a bolsa, que foi deixada depropósito, porém se tivesse jogado fora tudo bem, mas que encontrou comcerteza, foi encontrada, eles me ligaram dizendo que realmente a mesmatinha sido encontrada e jogado fora, e que a camareira não tinha sido"contactuada", pois coincidentemente após o ocorrido, elatinha "faltado" os outros dias seguintes de trabalho. Absurdo, um hotel deste padrão ter funcionários, no mínimo mentirosos...

O Hotel é muito imponente, com um Hall maravilhoso. Os quartos espaçosos, mas com mobília antiga e banheiro com banheira acoplada ao chuveiro, o que desagrada um pouco. Mas é muito bom e espaçoso!!! Fiquei satisfeita com custo benefício!
Banheiro com banheira. Não tinha blindex e sim cortina de plástico.
