Breakfast buffet was very good and a nice way to get started for the day. Location was very good and close to shopping and a few blocks away to the subway. It would have been nice if they had been able to give us a subway map at hotel. WiFi in room was nice.
English was sort of hard with the staff at the hotel. We had a lot of lost in translation moments. The spa area at the hotel, had no water in it so they had to fill it up (and ultimately didn't fill it up completely), the sauna didn't work and the steam room didn't work either.
