Ubicación muy buena en uno de los sectores más acomodados de Amsterdam, tiendas, cafés y fácil locomoción. La atención muy buena, el personal amable.... hall y restaurant precioso! Muy bueno!

Perfect affordable choice outside of city centre!

Good sized room, well heated (never felt too hot or stuffy). Good food. Tram, supermarket and pharmacy right outside. Quiet, pretty area.
Pillow very uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom small. Not many restaurants or cafes close by.

The hotel is a very friendly place, the staff is wonderful and really helpful. It is clean however the way the rooms are arranged and furnished is somehow out of date. The breakfast is tasty and their restaurant is a very good place to chill out.
The internet connection was of poor quality. It kept breaking all the time. Some additional routers needed!

Downstairs, bar and restaurant all looks very ‘Boutique’ like – Staff pleasant.
Bedrooms, small, very basic, not suitable for 6ft 6inch people (and its Holland where I am normal size!) Bathroom looks like it was stuck in a corner of a bigger room when there were not on-suite rooms. Walls of room were paper thin, could hear every conversation directly outside my room (at 4.40AM on Mon night, 4.55am Tue night AND 4.30 wed night) I was on the top floor – 401 and they did ‘laundry’ collections at this time with no regard to residents.

Good location, easy access to city centre, nice little places to eat around, super friendly staff, clean and nice room.
The only thing would be bed. I booked a double bed but we got two single ones. Still very comfy and it wasn't a big issue at all.

La cortesia del personale e nonostante non fosse in centro servito bene dai mezzi pubblici
Il prezzo mi è sembrato un po' eccessivo rapportato alla qualità della camera un po' datato sia l'arredamento sia lo stile, stanza abbastanza grande con bagno piccolissimo; la stanza sembra quella di un 2 stelle. Che senso hanno due cassaforti e nemmeno un frigobar? Sinceramente €180,00 a notte è troppo per il tipo di camera offerto.

People friendly at the hotel, but room needed some upgrades.

Close to tram stop. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Towels were varied, some were even torn and frayed. AC did not work very well in rooms. We were in a room on the fourth floor, room was quite shabby. Dinner in hotel took way too long to serve.
