Prima , vriendelijkheid en schone kamers

De rust , de kamer aan de achterkant uitzicht op de rijn en weilanden, extra service om het ontbijt een half uur te krijgen in de ontbijt zaal

Geen prullebak onder het bureau , geen haken aan de muur om je jas op te hangen , in de badkamer miste ik een plank of tafel om je toilet tas op te zetten .

Prijskwaliteit is redelijk. Aanbeveling als je niet te veel comfort verwacht.

Hotel en ook de kamers zijn oud, overal zie je dat. Gehele hotel is toe aan een renovatie.

We stayed when we went to The Netherlands with our son when he joined university there. Wanted to enjoy the natural atmosphere of the country away from the busy cities. The host and all the staff were very helpful. If at all we plan to go to that area again we will definitely stay here. Everything is easy access and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days there since to travel to other parts we just had to get in the frequent bus service to get to Utrecht station. Thanks to Robert and other staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Les lits Nous ne savions pas q´il y avait une fenêtre moustiquaire c'est en sentant l'odeur de la citronnelle que le personnel de l'hôtel a mis la moustiquaire alors que l'hôtel est en bordure de l'eau Au restaurant le soir , nous avons attendus plus de 30 minutes alors que les tables n'étaient pas toutes occupes

Comodo per visitare Utrecht e Amsterdam.

Il piano dove si trovava la ns stanza era stato completamente rinnovato. Personale molto gentile. Ottima colazione. Bel paesino vicino a Utrecht, una bella chiesa di fronte all'hotel con delle aiuole superlative.

La reception era un pò trasandata.

Niederlande, ein unvergesslich schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Für unser Reisevorhaben, soviel wie möglich innerhalb von 5 Tagen von den Niederlanden zu sehen, war dieses Hotel die ideale Unterkunft. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in dem neu, sehr geschmackvoll renovierten Hausbereich zugewiesen. Die Ausstattung war nüchtern pragmatisch, ließ an Bequemlichkeit jedoch kaum etwas vermissen. Es hätte allerdings schon etwas mehr Schrankraum für die Garderobe vorhanden sein können. Das Frühstück entsprach unseren Erwartungen und war absolut ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels an einem Fließgewässer wirkte anheimelnd und die lustigen Wasservögel boten zudem angenehme Abwechslung. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und wir werden diese Unterkunft bei unserer nächsten Hollandreise mit Sicherheit favorisieren. Den Fehler, im ca. 30km entfernten Amsterdam völlig überteuerte und deutlich schlechtere Logis wahrzunehmen, sollte man nunmehr zu vermeiden wissen.

Da das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach lag und just zu unserer Reisezeit sehr warmes Sommerwetter vorherrschte, heizte sich das Zimmer sehr auf, was einer kommoden Nachtruhe leider nicht sonderlich zuträglich gewesen ist Hier wäre ein Ventilator eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Wenn Brötchen alle dann alle, komisch wenn das Frühstück noch 2 verfügbar sein sollte.

The fact that the weather was warm/hot which was quite unusual in Amsterdam coupled with the fact that my room had nor air-conditioning.

Nettes Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer in der Dependance. Schöne Zimmer, klein, aber alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr umfangreich mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Tische im Frühstücksraum mit Ausblick auf den Kanal, ein schöner Beginn für den Urlaubstag. Da wir die Unterkunft per Zufall ausgewählt hatten, waren wir positiv überrascht von der netten Ortschaft und den vielfältigen Unternehmungsmölichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir würden wieder dort buchen!

Vielleicht ein anderes Raumspray im Aufzug verwenden? ????

Un choix raisonné pour un court séjour non loin d'Utrecht et d'Amsterdam.

La décoration des chambres rénovées du 2ème étage est superbe Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très complet. L'ambiance du bar en soirée est très conviviale et les patrons sont vraiment sympas.

Il y a un gros problème de parking ; rien de réservé pour les clients de l'hôtel. Le bar et le restaurant mériteraient un petit rafraichissement : un peu vieillot.

Het Wapen van Harmelen is a amazing hotel, with long tradition, led by one familly over 100 years. Not only that makes this place unique. Hotel is situated 30 km from Amsterdam, near to A2 highway with an really easy access. I was traveling from hotel every morning, during 5 days to RAI Amsterdam Exhibition. It's a 30 minutes pleasure, car trip passing amid beautiful views of the Dutch countryside in the first part. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I was surprised by simple buffet breakfast with good coffee (my obsession). You can really feel spirit of green Netherlands with famous channels here. My room was clean and quite. In the restaurant dishes are tasty and well served. Beer is like it should be! Price is proper to conditions. Much more cheaper than in incomparably worse conditions in Amsterdam (believe me I was living there many times while being on exhibitions). For lovers of historical monuments, interesting is the beautiful and magical castle de Haar with park complex, for lovers of golf, golf club de Haar, both nearby on the way to Amsterdam. It is my pleasure to recommend that place. Best regards for de Vliegende Hollander Mr. Robert! ;)
