About Holiday Inn Leiden

This Holiday Inn is located on the edge of Leiden, just off the A44 highway to Amsterdam and The Hague. There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna on site. Schiphol Airport is 20 minutes' drive away. All the rooms at Holiday Inn Leiden feature a seating area, box-spring bedding and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. They have a warm coloured décor and wooden furnishings. Other amenities include a tea/coffee maker and work desk. Guests can make free use of the heated swimming pool with jet stream, a waterfall and a sauna. Use of the fitness centre is also included. A la carte dishes and buffets are served in the indoor garden. There is a terrace and a bar for informal meals and drinks. Naturalis Natural History Museum is 1.5 km away, and the Keukenhof Gardens are a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The beach of Noordwijk can be reached within 20 minutes by car. From the station, Leiden’s city centre is a 5-minute walk. A free shuttle service is offered to the train station on weekdays.

Ontbijt en avondeten prima voor elkaar. Veel keus. Alleen jammer dat in ons hotelkamer geen raam open kon (kamer achter restaurant). Wel goed geïsoleerd, geen overlast. Nette hotelkamer. Hotel heeft prima ligging.

Prima ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet. Leuk hotel voor de kinderen.
Enkele kleedhokjes naast de gezamenlijke omkleedruimte bij het zwembad zou wel fijn zijn. Temperatuur van de douche bij het zwembad was niet regelbaaar.

Sehr schöne komfortabele Zimmer und große Betten.
Kein abgetrennter Saunabereich. Pool in der Nähe , dadurch sehr laut und Kinder rannten rein und raus. Dadurch kein Erholungseffekt!

Equipment of hotel is absolutely perfect. Inner design of hotel is large, nice and very comfortable.
The same problem of all "only one floor" hotels - at night was noise in room from restaurant etc.

breakfast was generally nice, but the buffet was emptied very quickly and the refiling took quite some time

We werden erg gastvrij ontvangen. Alle mensen waren uiterst vriendelijk. Van de schoonmaak tot de bediening in restaurant. De kamer zag er schoon en alles was aanwezig.
Het eten van het buffet was niet allemaal goed heet. En ik moest elke keer wachten op iemand om uitleg wat glutenvrij was en wat niet. Ietwat gehorige kamers.

We hebben genoten van weer een heerlijk weekend bij HI Leiden! De Jungle Club, het zwembad en als extra bonus dit weekend ook de Halloween activiteiten! Strand binnen 10 minuten rijafstand en stralend weer, wat wil je nog meer?

kamer waren goed, schoon en netjes. Badkamer zag er ook goed uit. Genoeg handdoeken in de badkamer. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk gedineerd.
