Since I traveled to Texarkana by Greyhound, to find the hotel less than a block away was fantastic. The restaurant they have has a fantastic AUCE breakfast buffet and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Also the location made it easy to visit my friends and get downtown to see the sights. The room itself was more than I expected. The large walk in shower and spacious bathroom, plus microwave and small fridge were great benefits.
To be honest, I wouldn't change a thing about the Holiday Inn, unless they control the weather :)

Has a great breakfast and the staff is very friendly! Has clean rooms and a very nice indoor pool and hot tub.
The smell of chlorine in the indoor pool area can be a bit strong.

If you want your room cleaned right then ask for Stephenie! And Charmaine at the front desk was fantastic! Those two made my entire stay worth every penny! The room was so clean I could've licked the floor! The rest of the staff was horrible! Rude Rude Rude! Kathy at the front desk was the rudest of them ALL! If it wasnt for the two I mentioned in the beginning I wouldve stayed somewhere else!
