Freundlichste Bedienung, Frühstück in Ordnung, die Betten hervorragend (habe Bandscheibenprobleme) Der Besitzer behilflich bei der Organisation der Fahrten zu andere Inseln, Santa Cruz konnten wir mit ihm besichtigen. Bestes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Dazu erhielten wir viele gute Tips für unsere weitere Reise. RAPHAEL ist einfach SUPER!!
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Habe schon eineBeschreibung abgegeben. Dieses und ein weiteres Mal blieben wir nur für eine Nacht um zu übernachten und die nächste Insel zu erreichen. Ein idealer Stützpunkt wegen der großen Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers. Er organisierte uns sämtliche Fahrschein und transportierte uns mit dem Gepäck zu den Fähren. SUPER RAPHAEL! ????????

There is almost nothing positive to say about this place and the people running it. The only good thing is the location, it's close enough to get out of there !
-dark room - rude people - hard huge pillow to keep your chiropractor is business - the bathroom door locked us out of the bathroom and looks like by the amount of jimmying to the lock it's happened many time before to other guests

We only stayed for one night but it was very comfortable. We had a private room that had a king bed! Plus a bar fridge which was super handy. The Hospedje is a short walk from the port and even closer to the restaurants on Binford Street.
The drinking water cooler was located at reception which was locked overnight, so we had to buy water.

Obwohl hier kein Frühstück inbegriffen ist, haben wir einen Kaffee bekommen. Rafael (Besitzer) steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er bietet Touren an und das zu viel besseren Konditionen als bei irgendeiner Agentur. Wir können nur sagen weiterso. Daumen hoch.

Disgusting!!! That's how the treatment from these people was. Wegave our payment details via booking.com, the owner was happy with thisand we stayed for the 7 days. We then arrived at the airport and wereawaiting our flight, to my horror and my utmost embarrassment I wasarrested in front of the whole airport and taken for an interview, withthe hotel claiming I had run from the hotel. I have used booking.com fora number of years and never once had any problems, so to be subjected tothis treatment is absolutely vile. Just because they can't organizethemselves and speak to booking.com about their booking process, what onearth gives them the right to call the police on me due to their ownnegligence! A simple email would have sufficed and could have clearedthe whole matter up. These people are a disgrace to the Ecuadorianpeople and deserve to be closed down immediately.In regards to the facilities, we were assured we would have a cleaner once a day, she came once out of the whole week, then has the cheek to come in a few days later, switch our light off and not bother to even supply fresh towels or a toilet roll. The bed was advertised as a double, it was two singles pushes together, the sheets were stained, the shower always cold. All in all STAY AWAY!

Excelente hospedaje! nos gustó todo: muy destacable la atención personal del dueño: don Rafael, siempre amable, solícito para orientarnos, y solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Habitación muy confortable, muy buena ubicación del lugar, gran predisposición y mucho aporte de información de su dueño. Guardan el equipaje sin costo extra, lo cual es una atención que se agradece.
La recepción no tiene horarios fijos y permanece cerrada durante la mayor parte del día, en alguna ocasión ante inconvenientes fortuitos tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo el regreso de los dueños; si bien esto se compensa con el excelente trato de los mismos, quizá sería posible revisar ese detalle.
