Perfect for us.

Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was generally very quiet. And best of all, 2 blocks from the Tricks Museum, Van Gough and Stedalicke.
Would have liked to be able to make coffee or tea in the room.

1 Le sigle parking sur l'annonce nous a induit en erreur, surprise en arrivant aucun stationnement dans l'hôtel. 2 Le personnel ne parle pas le francais.

Lovely hotel in great location.

The reception staff were really helpful and gave good recommendations about local restaurants. Our triple room was full of character and very comfortable. Location was excellent for access to the Museums and the airport bus. We would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast room was very cramped and some aspects of the breakfast could have been better such as the juice.

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer und nettes Personal

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rijksmuseums. Der Leidseplein ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und von dort kann man dann durch die Shopping Straßen immer weiter bis zum Königspalast und in das Rotlichtviertel gehen. Zurück dann entweder wieder zu Fuß oder ganz easy mit der Straßenbahn. Das Vierbettzimmer war zum Hof und somit sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig, die Betten in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der kleinen Hotelbar konnte man auch zu später Stunde noch ein Bier bekommen. Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum haben uns auch gefallen.
Das Badezimmer war leider etwas klein.

We stayed in a "small double" which was... Small! However, it was accurately described and advertised so there were no surprises. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again. We spent a lot of time in the museum district so the location was superb and greatly influence our booking decision.
No negatives. Just enjoy a small, comfortable place to stay.

Lovely hotel in nice location.

A lovely quiet hotel in a lovely quiet area but not too far out from anything. Bus/tram stop is just at the end of the road so easy 197 bus from the airport and tram into the centre. Breakfast was good, left feeling full. Staff helpful and friendly and rooms kept clean. We had a family room with 2 comfortable double beds and a balcony over looking the rear. It was a good size but did get a bit warm and stuffy during the night with no aircon. Wifi was free but a bit hit and miss.
Towards end of breakfast food wasnt always replenished so don't leave it too late. Room lighting was a bit dark at night so trying to get ready and see yourself in a mirror was hard for 4 girls!

The front desk staff really could not be better. Every one was thoroughly wonderful. We got upgraded when we arrived and every single thing was wonderful from that moment forward. Location couldn't be better: 1.5 blocks from transit; one block from alll the major museums.
I cannot think of a single thing.

Location of hotel is great. Breakfast is, for a small hotel,also very good.
Staff was ok but during our stay in Amsterdam was marathon, so when we had to live our hotel and go to the airport we asked 2 diferent ladies on reception about our bus line to airport and both said that this bus drives regular. Actually, whole street was closed. We have been waiting on the bus station one hour and almost missed our flight because of wrong information received in hotel. Except that other staff were very polite. The bed in small room is very uncomfortable.

Eenvoudig maar heerlijk ontbijt, alles vers. Vriendelijk personeel, iedereen zeer behulpzaam. Perfecte locatie, nette buurt.
Bedden hebben niet de beste matrassen en kussens maar zijn schoon en fris. Douche mengt niet fijn en is soms koud.
