Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, geräumige Zimmer,
Personal "war bemüht" aber nicht überzeugend freundlich, was wohl dem hohen Durchlauf geschuldet sein kann. Leider läuft überall Musik, im Frühstücksraum, beim Mittagessen, draußen auf der Sonnenterrasse etc. Diese kann durchaus manchmal nerven. Der SPA-Bereich war total voll und überlaufen, da auch viele andere Besucher gegen Bezahlung dort Eintritt haben. Gefühlt waren doppelt so viele Gäste im Badebereich wie dort sein dürften um es noch als angenehme Atmosphäre wahrzunehmen. "Ruhe" bekam man nicht. Tolle Gegend - aber nicht wirklich ein Hotel zum Entspannen.

Very good breakfast selection. We had free access to a great children play area which had great attractions for kids.
I was surprised that there was no gym in the hotel. Also, although the thermal baths are close by, we had to pay extra to get in. It would be nice to be able for hassle free swim in the hotel. The rooms weren't cheap so having to pay to use the pools felt a bit unnecessary. The smell in the bathroom was not great, I wonder if the hotel has some kind of drainage problem.

Rewelacyjna obsługa - zawsze uśmiechnięci, życzliwi i mili, świetne rytuału saunowe prowadzone w bardzo milej atmosferze, bardzo dobrze zorganizowany hotel - pomysł z "zegarkami" którymi za wszystko można płacić. Ogromny wybór na śniadaniu i przy tym smaczny - byłam już w dużych pięciogwiazdkowych hotelach, ale tu naprawdę Polecam.
