Hotel Best Alcazar offers well-equipped and apartments and rooms set around a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Located 1.2 km from Herradura Beach, it features a spa and free WiFi. Si vous n'aimez pas la promiscuité et le bruit ne choisissez pas ce séjour!

Séjour bruyant et pourtant hors saison, on entend toutes les conversations du voisin, ses ronflements... Une superbe terrasse mais une petite table de 50 cm de diaètre et deux chaises pour 6 personnes. Vaisselle plus que succinte: pas de cafetière, ni théière, ni couteau de cuisine, pas de plat...

· Buffet de desayuno y cena muy variado y de calidad. · La bolera y sus precios para disfrutar de un rato de ocio. Además cuanta con algunas máquinas recreativas tanto en la cafetería del hotel como en la zona de la bolera. · Amabilidad del personal. · Decoración de Halloween. Muy buen trabajo realizado tanto por el personal disfrazándose como los chicos de animación. · Numerosas actividades a lo largo de toda la semana. · Piscinas con agua muy limpia. · Referente a la ubicación: Tienes dos playas a pocos minutos del hotel. La conexión con la A7 es muy buena. · Referente a la ubicación. Buena comunicación para poder ir a visitar lugaremos como Granada, Nerja, Salobreña, Motril, etc.
·Nuestra habitación no disponía de escobilla de WC. Consideramos que es un elemento básico de higiene y que por tanto todas las habitaciones deberían disponer de ella. · Poca zona de aparcamiento fuera del hotel.

El Personal es muy agradable, las zonas comunes son muy cómodas , tienen buena limpieza , y bastantes actividades para todas las edades.
El mantenimiento del hotel está un poco desgastado, y en el Spa te mueres de frío, dos dias que fuimos estaba la puerta abierta de afuera a la calle, y él sauna está justo en el Pasillo ala calle, las picsina estaban frías.

Tout est parfait ! Hôtel idéal pour une famille. Le personnel souriant et accueillant dès l’accueil. Bravo aux cuisiniers car les plats sont très bons, vous nous avez régalé à chaque repas notamment les plats typiques espagnols, avis aux amateurs de poissons et fruits de mer vous serez ravis! Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses piscines et le spa. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et le personnel est attentif à leur bien être. La situation géographique est idéale: la vue des étages supérieurs est excellente, le quartier très joli et vous pourrez vous rendre à pied à la plage en 10 min, il y a une montée au retour mais un peu de sport ne fait pas de mal! Je compte y revenir prochainement et je le conseillerai volontiers.
Insonorisation entre les chambres. Animation un peu bruyante mais nous sommes dans un hôtel club donc il faut s'y attendre. C'est calme après minuit.

Ontbijt en buffetdiner erg goed, 3 zwembaden, goede sfeer en pendeldienst naar centrum/haventje ieder kwartier. Mooie ligging met uitzicht over baai. Vriendelijk baliepersoneel!
Handdoekenservice op bepaalde uren gesloten, het was in oktober, beetje afgelegen.

L'hôtel est très beau, le personnel très serviable. L'hôtel est très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol la cuisine variée mais d'une qualité 1er prix. Dommage que la maintenance de l'hôtel soit aussi laxiste car les réparations sont faite à la va vite... Ce qui nous a au moins valu de nombreux fous rires Pour finir je dirai que l'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Günstiges appt mit tollem Blick auf Meer. Ausstattung funktionell aber sauber und neu bzw renoviert. Großer Pool. Garage vorhanden. Auto empfohlen (Berg Lage). Erreichbarkeit umliegender Orte und Städte sehr gut und schnell durch Nähe zu Autobahn.
Sport Angebot eher mau. Fitness Studio nicht gut ausgestattet. Hotel Ist nur auf spanische Familien ausgelegt. Animation wer mag ist aber nur auf spanisch. WLAN in oberen Stockwerken wacklig. Der Laden hat nur Geschenkartikel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden.

Un hotel genial. Con un monton de comodidades y una piscina fabulosa. Y las habitaciones geniales
El servicio del bar, a las 11 o 11 y media como mucho cerraban y los q estabamos en la terraza tan agusto con las temperaturas tan buenas y la gente animada nos kedabamos sin servicio. Gente se llevaba sus bebidas q habian comprado para cuando el bar cerraba seguir en la terraza.
