Very good hotel , staff exceptional especially staff assisting in restaurant. Very good value for money . Anyone who complains about the food here is quite frankly impossible to please. Food choices breakfast continental style (as you expect in spain ) food on evening excellent , great array of food choices. WillDefinately come back . Also will look at other hotels in the best hotels chain
Only negative air conditioning switched off 1st October and pool not heated

Very satisfied. Would go back again

Room very spacious with a nice view. Even though the hotel was full it was very quiet. We were always able to get sun beds even though we do not believe in putting towels on them to reserve them. Liked having a fridge in the room. No queues in dining room and almost always got our choice of table.
Swimming pool a little on small side so we swam in sea. Wifi a little weak. Unable to FaceTime or send photos on What's Ap .

het is een goed hotel,eten was in buffervorm onbijt lunch en diner voor ieder wat wils....de kamers waren groot en schoon.
het internet is gratis alleen dat was heel erg slecht.Het animatie team was leuk alleen jammer dat de Engelse taal niet goed was....

door het mooie weer is onze reis geslaagd maar zou aan andere mensen dit hotel zeker niet aanraden.

nee,de kamer was ruim en een goed bed maar niet proper genoeg.
beetje meer variatie zou beter geweest zijn.Geen kleine potjes om konfituur in te doen,en de broodjes waren taai.

Чистота в отеле - молодцы !!! Очень большие и удобные кровати.
Были с маленьким ребёнком - на завтрак хотелось детское меню. На одном из ужинов давали суши - на следующий день были выставлены остатки суши (суши!!).

le non respect de certains clients agressifs,qui ne respectent pas la tenue vestimentaire au restaurant ils viennent habits mouillés et moitié habillés!!heureusement ce n'est pas une majorité.manque balayette dans les toilettes

Buffet libre, piscina burbujas, cama espectacular
sonido de ascensor por las noches, demasiados ingleses y que el ultimo dia nos levantamos temprano para regresar de las vacaciones y la informacion dice que el desayuno empieza a las 7:30 y nosotros estabamos a esa hora alli en el comedor y no habia de nada, ni zumo ni nada hecho.

La ubicación, que se podia acceder directamente a la playa.
La habitacion tenia una gotera del aire acondicionado, la bañera estaba sucia, las toallas tenian pelos. Las instalaciones son antiguas... no tiene calidad de 4 estrellas. La piscina llena siempre, la gente reservaba las hamacas desde las 8:30. No habia ningun hueco, y eso que era septiembre.

Gera vieta (šalia parduotuvė, autobusų stotelė), geras įvairus maistas, gražūs vaizdai į jūrą pro langą, didelis vonios kambarys. Malonus personalas.
WIFI siaubingas, tiksliau jo visiškai nėra. Net receptūroje! Jeigu atsidarė puslapis ar sukrito email, Jums pasisekė. Apie video pažiūrėjimą, nuotraukų įkėlimą negali būti ir kalbos. Matosi, kad viešbutis ima itin mažo srauto planą, kurio visiškai nepakanka viešbučiui. Net receptūroje, jeigu signalo stiprumas yra pilnas, interneto vis tiek nėra :) O nakčiai WIFI tiesiog yra išjungiamas! Receptūroje yra 2 staliniai PC, bet už 15 min. naudojimąsi prašoma 1 EUR. Kaip 4 žvaigžių viešbučiui tai didžiulis minusas.

La nourriture n'était pas très bonne et un peu servie à la mode d'une cantine. Même le peu de mets locaux n'avaient pas de goûts ou n'étaient pas frais, dommage. La climatisation était beaucoup trop forte par endroits. Les chambres sont mal insonorisés. Les équipements sont tous vieillissants. Le parking était plein lors de notre séjour. Notre carte a été démagnétisée 3 fois en un jour: compliqué quand vous êtes au 11e étage avec des enfants! Ces feedbacks ont été donnés à l'hôtel qui les entend mais ne risque pas d'en prendre compte. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet hôtel dans cette gamme de prix.

Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Jeder Abend stand unter einem anderen Motto. Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach traumhaft. Blick aufs Meer (vom Pool aus) ohne am Strand (bin kein Freund von Sand) zu sein. Sehr freundliches Personal (egal ob am Empfang, beim Essen oder auch das Reinigungspersonal).
Keine wesentlichen Mängel.
