Really friendly and helpful staff; great sense of security in the hotel; cosy, not a "business" environment; copious and excellent breakfast.
We couldn't work out how to turn down the heating so we had to keep the window open. The shower was a bit awkward.

The room, the place and the personnel. Breakfast was nice and the room was good.
The bed was noisy, the showeer was not quite with water pressure good, and the fact that parking was on street.

Beautifully presented rooms, comfortable bed, excellent shower, lovely breakfast, Hotel Monaco is in a good location for people who know their way around Bucharest.
Despite asking for a quiet bedroom we were on the road which is very busy early morning. Some shampoo would have been lovely.

Great location just away from the main streets. The buffet breakfast was particularly good with a great choice.
Pity they use their own exchange rate which makes the price more expensive than expected.

Da ich früh los musste, wurde mir statt Frühstück ein Lunchpaket zur Verfügung gestellt - ohne dass ich überhaupt nachfragen musste. Sehr unkompliziert!!!
Ich konnte zwar direkt an der Straße vor dem Hotel parken. Wenn dort aber alles voll ist wird es mit dem Parken schwierig.

Lovely small hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a quiet side street. The room was a bit small, but nicely decorated and with a comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Location also ok, about a 15 min walk to the old town.

Loved the place, Cozy and warm,welcoming staff, beds are comfy, clean.
Suffered to bring the bags up as the stairs where to small but it didnt matter as we loved the place.
