Excellent conciliatory service. My luggage handle broke and the staff even found me a screwdriver to help repair it. Nothing was too much trouble. One short stop from Kyoto and much cheaper than accommodation around Kyoto station

部屋やレストランは、綺麗で、料理も美味しかった。

駐車場の案内、確保の点。24時間一定料金ときいたが、出庫する際、何時までにでないと超過料金がかかると- のホテルスタッフからのアナウンスがなかったため、払う羽目に。

物超所值，下次還想住這裡。

真的非常乾淨，浴室幾乎看不見黴斑，盥洗設備不僅齊全，甚至還提供沐浴巾，非常用心細心。在房間就有山景可看，讓人很放鬆。交通非常方便，山科站地鐵私鐵JR都有，方便各種一日券使用轉乘。我們沒有訂飯店早餐，但步行3分鐘內就有7-11、松屋、王將、星巴克等，飯店對面有百貨商場、書店，生活機能很好。

冰箱有點小，且沒有冷凍層，無法冰冰淇淋。

価格が安いので仕方ないとは思いますが、部屋が狭かったです。カードキーが一枚しかなく、大浴場に行く時、不便でした。宿泊人数分あると良かった。

El personal muy atento, habitaciones limpias y ubicación excelente. En tren y bus se llega fácilmente a todos los sitios y la estación esta nada mas cruzar una calle.
