Bon positionnement géographique mais pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé.

Le positionnement géographique de l'hôtel, à côté des musées, des transports, et du centre ville.
Le petit déjeuner en sous sol, dans un endroit étriqué. Une variété et qualité de nourriture pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé de l'hôtel. Des lits jumeaux au lieu du lit double commandé. En prime, déclenchement intempestif de l'alarme incendie en pleine nuit la dernière nuit, suivi de travaux extérieur à 6h le matin non annoncés à la reservation : ca fait beaucoup !

Goed hotel op een geweldige locatie!

Geweldige locatie, vriendelijk personeel, mooie schone hoekkamer met uitzicht op Museumplein en PC Hooftstraat. Kom zeker nog een keer terug!
Kleinigheden, maar wc bril zat los en badstop deed het niet.

Das Frühstück war wirklich ok -
Das Einzelzimmer, auch wenn als klein angeboten, war eine Zumutung, Bett stand mit einer Längsseite an der Wand, auf der anderen war genau noch soviel Platz, dass die Tür aufging, am Fußende vielleicht 1,5 m Platz , Minischreibtisch und kleines Regal kein Kleiderschrank, nichts wo man hätte seine Kleidung aufbewahren können

המיקום פשוט נהדר ברובע המוזיאונים..התחבורה הציבורית מהנמל תעופה הביאה אותנו עד לפתחו של המלון מרחק של חצי דקה הליכה, אי אפשר לבקש יותר! מרכזי ועם זאת ברחוב צדדי ושקט. הצוות של המלון ובמיוחד הבחורה הסרבית שאינני זוכרת את שמה, פשוט מדהימים! מסבירי פנים, נתנו לנו המלצה על מסעדה קרובה וביתית ונתנו מענה לכל שאלותינו, פשוט אווירה חמה וקבלת פנים נהדרת.
הדבר היחיד שקצת בעייתי שאין חלון בשירותים ובמקלחת ולכן קשה לאוורר, אבל חוץ מזה הכל באמת היה מושלם.

Great location, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is small but clean.
The bed is too soft (perhaps broken?) No air conditioning, definitely not recommended for summer days.

Localização excelente. Fácil acesso aos museus e ao parque. Café da manhã com croissants feitos na hora.
Quarto muito pequeno, apesar de cama confortável. Para duas pessoas seria impossível. O banheiro é bem pequeno e sem proteção do chuveiro, molha tudo.

L'emplacement, l’accueil à la réception et c'est tout.
Rapport qualité-prix démesuré. 1ere fois de ma vie que je paie plus de 400 euros une chambre minuscule, où ni les toilettes ni la salle de bain n'ont été nettoyés !! Chasse des toilettes pas tirée, bonjour le spectacle en arrivant..., poils dans la salle de bain, tâche suspecte sur la literie ... Pas de climatisation juste un pauvre petit ventilateur, le stricte minimum en équipement. C'est un hôtel de standing tout juste 2 étoiles où le prix de 100 euros la nuit serait plus approprié et encore... Ne voulant pas gâcher un week-end d'anniversaire, je n'ai pas fait de scandale à la réception sympathique malgré tout mais j'en suis sortie en ayant l'impression qu'on m'avait volé 300 euros et c'est d'ailleurs le cas...

The location of the hotel was perfect. We could easily walk and explore the area. Although the rooms were a tad small, it was very cozy and provided a comfortable place to sleep
