Comfy bed, nice staff, and it is a professional established hotel, within walking distance of CENTRAAL/Red Light District (albeit a 25 to 30min walk). Good wifi.
Shower has many settings, none of which result in a good shower (pressure just isn't there). No bath, small room - but good enough for somewhere to crash.

We waren er maar 1 nacht, maar het was een fijne plek. Goeie locatie, wij gingen die avond naar de melkweg, het matras was lekker en het zag er leuk uit.
Het bed was erg klein. Met zn tween zijn we een 1.8m brede bed gewend. Dan is 1.40 wel erg klein opeens.

The staff were friendly enough and the rate reasonable seeing we were a fair distance from the Dam, certainly a bit too far to walk. Public tram was convenient for the short trip though. Breakfast was available at additional cost but we did not try the breakfast.
We found the room a little dingy. Missing tiles on the shower recess floor, wallpaper lifting off on wall beside the bed. Thin walls meant you could clearly hear other guests moving around the hotel or in adjacent rooms. The small room we found a little pokey.

Staff was great. Location was nearby to everything, a little far from city center but still very walkable. Hotel was clean and well maintained. AC and wifi worked great. You can rent bikes from hotel and they were willing to answer any questions.
Room was small, and bathroom was even smaller, but that is to be expected in Europe. That being said, it was still comfortable and we had all the space we needed. They advertise a shuttle to the airport, but there was none. Bus to airport was less than 10 min walk away.

Auto kann nicht in der Nähe geparkt werden - ca. 10 min. entfernt mit dem Auto P&R - aber günstig .

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage um Besichtigungen, Stadtbummel und Canal -Boot fahren unter einen Hut zu bringen. Museumsbezirk und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bootsanleger und Straßenbahnstation ( 5 Linien) in der Nähe. Zimmer ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Leckeres Frühstück Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss stimmt
Kein eigener Raum für die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Diese Befand sich im Frühstücksraum und war auch von der Rezeption nicht einsehbar

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und gab uns sehr viele Insidertipps was uns sehr gefallen hat.
Das Zimmer hat gemüffelt. Das Bad war zwar sauber aber sobald man zu Bett ging fühlte man sich wieder schmutzig da, die Bettlacken nicht so frisch waren (sie stanken).
